Excellent spot for healthy, mainly plant-based meals. We had several delicious smoothies and very tasty coffee (made with their own signature blend of beans in espresso-based drinks that were delicious with oat milk). Food items looked great and we will return for those on our next visit.A real find with a wide variety of options. Definitely recommend for anyone staying in the vicinity or even coming into town from farther afield.

Had a soup and wrap for lunch today. The food tasted amazing! And I would have given five stars. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service. The server was slow, inattentive and, above all, rude. After waiting 20min after ordering, I asked the server if I could get my water and soup before my wrap came, she barked at me “the food is not ready yet and will be served when it’s ready” About 5 min later, she brought over a bottle of warm water. The wrap was then served about 5 min later and my soup arrived last. The server seemed more interested in her phone, than serving customers. Very disappointed.

We had a fantastic brunch at Harvest. Burrito and protein bowl were good portions and ingredients were fresh. Great tasting too. Service was spot on even though they were also very busy serving delivery orders too. Drip coffee was excellent. A nice original brew and our cups were refilled as needed! A great place to await your test results! We will be back!!

Very delicious. Appreciate the clearly marked vegan options! I got the Miso Wagyu (vegan) bowl and it was well balanced, fresh, comforting and filling. Loose leaf teas were a nice compliment to the meal. Well worth the price. Will be coming back!

Had the Southwest Burrito which was amazing and very filling! The service was fantastic! Our waitress even brought us over a complimentary piece of carrot cake which was very kind of her. I wanted to try everything on the menu but unfortunately we were just there for 2 days visiting the city. Hopefully next time we visit, they will still be there.

Breakfast burrito was excellent,Added feta. Very fresh and tasty. Mexican bowl was nice too. Order without jalapeños if you don’t like spice (or for kids bc they make the rice under them spicy too). Recommend this place for tasty healthy options.

This place was recommended by a local who works in downtown Halifax. Great place for a healthy meal, especially when travelling and you aren’t getting all of your veggies. We enjoyed it enough that we brought another couple with us on the next visit. We tried several different bowls and the avocado toast and the squash soup was delicious. Felt energized and not sluggish after eating here. Smoothies and coffee were good too. It’s a clean, casual, friendly atmosphere. Good service.
