I visited this clinic to check a chest discomfort I have. After a huge monologue from the receptionist where she was talking about herself and how busy she is or that they're not accepting new patients, I managed to inform her that I'm not looking for a family doctor but for a check and treatment of my issue.She told me that she'll do me a favor" and booked me an appointment the very next day.Next day

The front desk helpers and Dr. Hyams are welcoming and exceptionally supportive! They helped my 18 months old recover swiftly from his sickness. Usually he cries so much when encountering any doctor but everyone in this clinic created such a pleasant environment he barely shed a tear and actually was giggly towards the end despite being in pain. Thank you so much!

I have lowered my rating due to the staff in front office. I experience stress and anxiety every time I have to deal with them. So inconsistent and unprofessional. I let it go for months and months but we are dealing with healthcare and we shouldn't have to deal with the unprofessional conduct of MOA's. Basically, I feel like I'm no longer a patient of 18 years when I deal with front staff. New booking system doesn't work... my first time booking through it and already appointment was canceled and moved from late afternoon appointment to early morning appointment so I had to call and reschedule!Dr. Hyams, however, remains extremely knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and empathetic. Thankful to have doctors like Dr. Hyams.

It is difficult to live with mental illness and you helped break a barrier today! You lessened the stigma attached to mental health! My heart is full.❤️❤️ I felt understood and heard.❤️❤️

Did the metabolic assessment here. Paid $200 for body composition scan and static calorie burn rate - done in less than 20 minutes. Doctor's consultation was minimal. He wrote down notes on the margins of the test results. Upon request, test results were printed in large font on one sheet of paper and I'm not expected to understand what the indices mean. The receptionist said they're for the doctor's information; they're not relevant for patients.... I really have no words. A diet plan was produced - a short paragraph of meal type. The info is simply too general to make any sense. It is ridiculous to even give patients this kind of nonsensical document. Invoice was $500 billed including MIC injections, yet I never agreed I would be on the plan. Overall, not a professional clinic, far from being one.

In spite of some dated ideas, Dr. Hyams is a really kind person who is very knowledgeable in his areas of interest.Unfortunately, the older woman who is his MOA is a nightmare. I’ve required an urgent appointment but nobody answered the phones or responded to emails for days. By the time anyone got back to me, it was too late for me to get help.I have heard her be rude to people on the phone while in the waiting room. She appears cold and dismissive in person. Forms have been lost multiple times and she gets upset anyone asking her questions.The young lady kind and she is at least apologetic when things go wrong.We have been with Dr. Hyams for many years and I really miss the former front desk staff. I am disabled and seen many, many doctors and never have I encountered someone so unprofessional. After seeing the other reviews, I can’t understand why she is still there because obviously there are others who have encountered the same issues with her.

Dr. Hyams is a great doctor! I have seen him for trigger point injections. I feel however, like I have not been treated very well from his MOA. I was referred to him again for trigger injections and was told by his MOA that he took me off as a patient. That didn't make sense to me. I didn't understand. She was to speak with the doctor in regards to the re-referral but she never got back to me. Also, Dr. Hyams does PRP. I wanted to inquire about it and emailed but did not receive a reply or a phone call. I feel like the office picks and chooses whom they want as patients. Not a very forthcoming attitude. Now, I am not sure if I would recommend anyone to his clinic.

Dr. Hyams is a caring & knowledgeable doctor. Specializes in treating chronic pain & other such conditions. Offers treatment for chronic headaches with a non-invasive device called a Transcranial direct current stimulation device (tdcs) by Soterix, which has helped me decrease need for headache medications.

Awesome Physician Dr. Hyams is and Jenn the office manager is A++++. We always get attentive treatment, email responses are prompt every time! Both were there for us 24/7 when my husband was recovering from open heart surgery, nothing but gratitude for them.

Hands down the best family doctor I’ve ever had. He always does whatever he can to help his patients, and is always so patient and kind with my two young daughters. Jenn and Fanny are very helpful and kind always, and will fit us in if it’s urgent.Just 10/10 care.I feel so blessed we’ve been so lucky to find such a wonderful Doctor. So warm and welcoming.. Thank you guys so much for always caring so warmly about my family.Highly recommend!
