Find another place to have your Apple devices repaired, otherwise you may be scammed. I left my macbook pro for repair in this store and in the day it was supposed to be ready for pickup I received an email from them to callback ASAP. The store was already closed and the next day would be a holiday. I called the next business day and nobody picked the phone. After many failed calls, I went in person to the store and the store employee let me know that my computer wasn't turning on anymore due to the motherboard was damaged and it would cost an extra $1000. (Please, see other reviews mentioning the same issue with the repair folks.) Seeing my unhappiness, the employee changed their mind and started saying that in fact, they were recommending that the motherboard should be replaced soon and my computer was indeed turning on. I avoided going to the nearest authorized store to not be at the risk of being scammed and ended up going to this Apple Store to have the same result. Such a disappointment! When my computer's motherboard fail, I know where NOT to go to get it replaced or to buy a new computer. I also investigating where I can report this store for such bad faith.

I purchased the 3rd generation iPods today. In total, three staff members helped me during my purchase. There is a staff member named Ceara, and her attitude is the worst I have ever experienced in an Apple store. She consistently misunderstood my questions and attended to other customers while I waited.She also had a tendency to evade my questions in a manner that made me feel as though my inquiries were too foolish (also shown on her face). For example, when I asked if my purchasing one is defective, can I exchange it right away, she responded in a dismissive manner to make me feel uncertain if she has any confidence in the product quality at all.When I approached her with a follow-up question, she gave me an unwelcoming look even before I reached her. So, I asked for her name, and she immediately turned away from me, requesting assistance from someone else. Overall, she appeared very condescending, as if I were being paid by her to ask questions. However, I am grateful for the assistance provided by the other staff members; they were excellent. The one-star rating I am giving here is specifically for Ceara.

My Beats Solo Pros started hissing on the one side, only in transparency or sound canceling mode. Took them here to get fixed. It required a total of 6 visits to get it fully resolved.#1. Showed up with proof of purchase, store personnel informed me to get support online, they don't do warranty in store.#2. Wasn't able to provide proof of purchase since the (ONLY WAY) to upload documents to there ticketing system is with apple ID, which I don't and will not have. Returned to store to have them process the warranty claim. They send them in to depot" for repair.#3 returned to pickup repaired unit when notified

If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't buy Apple products but I accompanied my dad as he wanted an Apple watch 8. The staff there were either rude or nice nothing in between. I asked the first lady for help buying the watch but she was very short and rude with me when listing out what specs I could get for it (I was clear I didn't know much about the watch but she treated us as if we were stupid). Hate to pull the race card but I think it is worth mentioning they were a lot more friendly with the white clientele. Anyway I asked another staff member for help and they were a lot better and we got the watch. Fast forward to a week after my dad didn't like the watch and wanted to return it. They took one look at it and said nope! The screen was just barely scratched and thanks to the fine print on the back of the receipt we were basically told to leave. No help what do ever. Not even a reduced refund which we were willing to take. Just a thank you for the money and get out of our store. Honestly I didn't think they would be this bad but Apple always finds a way to surprise me! I've attached a pic of the watch for you to see. In short I wouldn't buy Apple products but if I did I would probably buy it from Amazon as their customer service would have been much better.

Store doesn’t even deserve one star, I would give 0 if there’s option. Almost waited for 30-35 mins no executive or representative came to help they’ll look at customers but wouldn’t ask anything. I asked an employee if there’s any executive free. He said everyone is busy you have to wait since i saw most of the employees were just walking around and chilling.

Sadly, this store’s store was great…but the policies are ineffective & not client centred.My daughter dropped of her computer for fixing on Thursday, May 25. She is a student at Waterloo with a learning issue. She was told to come back on Sunday May 28. It was not ready, they were awaiting parts…I understand that….but now it’s Saturday June 3rd, and there has been no loaner offered, no work around. We have Apple care & the computer is under warranty. Apple should have even just given her a new computer. I have politely spoken to many staff at the store & higher up & the chain of command can’t seem to get it together.I have been a loyal customer and and disgusted at the lack of logical thought process.As supply chains are struggling, companies change policies to give their clients service.In this case, my daughter has lost more than the averages student, as her computer is a device used to assist her visual learning issues.I’m beyond livid.

I'm a first time Apple owner. My ipencil wasn't charging and the guys (I think his name was Owen and a guy that transferred from Toronto) were absolutely amazing! Sadly I had to get a replacement pencil without my name engraved on it but the service was beyond what I expected. They were kind and very knowledgeable! Thank you so much guys. This is my apple store for sure.

Today I ordered two new 10.2-inch iPads online. I had originally planned to have them delivered to my house. However, the estimated delivery was a month from now. So I chose to pick them up the same day instead. It was only an hour wait time from the time I placed the order and the remote pick up was less then two minutes. Very pleased with the service at this Apple location.

We visited that place several times during summer 2022. I did not hope too much that my laptop can be restored - charging was not working, but they did recovered it! For super reasonable amount. I could not be happier! A lot of good specialists are in that places and they check my Mac device several times to make sure everything possible is done. Really thankful to all of them! Also all stuff is very polite and proactive: when we enter the store we were asked if we need any help. Definitely recommend this place!
