Friendly professional services. Only one negative experience. A girl called me to remind me of my second appointment. However she said the wrong appointment time. My time was July 4th ,8:20am. But She said July 4th, 2:40pm. Luckily, I marked it down in my calendar. Of course I asked my time again. Confirmed that it was 8:20am.

Your phone system is non existent and it's a never ending loop of holds and zero customer service. I tried to call for a Saturday Xray after not answering I showed up to 2300 Eglinton only to be told no x-rays on Saturdays and call centre is closed on Saturdays. Your CC should be open when you are open and whoever manages your customer comms is surely is asleep as website says open Saturdays but in reality you are not.Fancy offices are useless if the service quality is poor end to end. Someone is not paying attention to customer or patient experience.

Can you please advise if there is x-Ray service on saturdays, especially the coming Saturday 15Jul2023? I was told no appointment needed for x-Ray. However when I arrived your location at 2300 Eglinton around 4 pm on Monday, I was told x-Ray finished at 2pm. If the X-ray service is not always available, you can make it by appointments" like other services. It's annoying that patient was told that then can go anytime for X-Ray but no service available when they get there. It's not customer friendly as people have to take another time from work!"

Very professional staff. Manager Lisa did a great job assembling her team. Receptionist Nicole was very welcoming and attentive . It made an immediate impact on my anxiety level upon arrival. Clinician Pauline made the stress testing procedure professional and educational. Answered all my questions and explained the procedures as test progressed. Thank you all for a very pleasant experience!

I highly recommend using this centre for your diagnostic needs. The reception area was well-lit and separately spaced for germ safety, the technician was very nice and considerate, the receptionists helpful, but best of all, my appointment was actually on time!!

Nicole at the reception is an exceptional person. What a sweet smile she has! She is very compassionate and helpful to patients and their family members.

I visited clinic for my tests couple of times. I was impressed with the reception staff and their punctuality. My tests went very well due to precise briefing by medical staff before the tests. I would like to thank all staff and in particular to Jonathan and a lady who performed my tests, they were real professional guys.

the place was very busy, but the staff were polite and professional and I was seen in a reasonable timeframe. I had a younger gentleman as my tech, who was warm and welcoming. overall great experience at this location.

The technician was absolutely amazing and went out of her way to fix a mistake on the requisition. I wish I knew her name but she was warm compassionate and extremely helpful. She made my experience 5 star and I hope you go out of your way to praise her because she was just phenomenal

Technician was great, my issue was with the front staff. I waited almost 25 minutes in line to check in, when I finally got to the front it was already 5 minutes past my appointment time. I asked the receptionist if I could have my report from my last visit. She told me she would have it ready for when I was finished my test. I specifically asked her if I would have to wait in line again she told me no to come up and it would be ready. When I went up after my test another receptionist told me there was nothing there and I would have to wait for her to check in everybody before she would print my report. This is terrible service, I waited an additional 10 minutes and left without my report because the line kept getting longer. When would they eventually serve me, terrible way to treat any patient, especially someone who is 37 weeks pregnant. Printing a report takes very little time.
