Have been shopping here for years for a variety of pets and the staff is always super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are quite reasonable. I was recently pleasantly surprised to find they stock the Oxbow food I feed my ratties, that I generally have trouble finding. Happy that they care about the pocket pets too!

I was asked if I wanted to set aside 4 packs of Rosie's treats until Monday. It is the only one our dog likes. On Monday the manager had sold them out from under me and they were now out of stock!

Pets N Us is staffed by some of the most wonderful and helpful staff members around. They are all pet owners and they clearly love their pets. Michelle is extremely knowledgeable, honest and enthusiastic. I would never hesitate to go there.

The staff are knowledgeable and will spend time explaining stuff to you if you need them to. They will also leave you alone if that is what you prefer. I've never had a problem at this store. Good place to buy raw, and the staff is very informed about what the best substitutons for raw are when you are traveling or when it's just not ideal.

My experience with Michelle and her team has always been exceptional. The store is immaculate with a vast array of products and the customer service and knowledge is top notch! Well done to all of you!

Great location with local knowledge. Great customer service with all the products you might need for your average pets, and more. They have luxury items for your pampered pooch or more beginner items or niche things for athletes that run with their dogs. The store is clean, organized, and looks great.

This is a great store! I live in Vancouver's West End and we have our share of pet stores but I'm in Tsawwassen almost every weekend to visit my mom so I always wait and go to Pets N Us. It's close to my mom's place but I mainly go because the staff are all really great and helpful, and they have a fantastic selection of everything. People often go to the big corporate pet stores and I think they assume that that will give them the best selection but in my experience the opposite has been true. I often get asked about a really cool harness my dog is wearing or leash or whatever because other dog parents haven't seen it before in the big chain stores. Pets N Us buys great stuff. I also buy all my dog's food there - great selection of food as well. Michelle is the owner and she and her staff are really helpful and great to deal with. Thanks guys!
