Sarah at Insurme was absolutely fantastic. First, she did a great job summarizing all of the different insurance plans available(WHICH I LEARNED IS A LOT!), which leads me to my second point. She did an even better job educating me on the pros and cons of each, in black and white terms. At the end of the day, I definitely felt I had enough knowledge to make my own decision on what would be best for my own situation. I started working with Sarah a few years ago and she's been a godsend! I organized a big trip back in 2020 and she highly suggested I get the extensive insurance. I normally never do that but she ended up convincing me. Thank god she did because all travels essentially got cancelled due to Covid. Great Customer service from Sarah and Lillian. They have great products including Togo Insurance. A very good product and better than a lot of larger companies out there. Absolutely love Sarah J! She is very thorough with explaining the pros and cons of each product. I got educated on a couple products I didn't even realize existed that I wish I had purchased earlier for my family, had I known about them. There is a wide array of products out there, and I wasn't sure which to go with. I asked a hundred questions, and she explained it all till I was confident with my choices.
