Came in before closing today and my girlfriend really needed shorts. The employees were beyond helpful and we had a great experience. The girl working the fitting rooms whose name I unfortunately forgot made our day. She has dark hair and her name started with an S. Serious she was amazing keep her forever.

Spend about 20 minutes walking around to find the items I wanted to try one. Not one person acknowledged me. Went to try on the items to find the the changerooms blocked off. When asked to try on items I was told they were closed (about 45 minutes before closing). So I dropped my items on a chair. I live out of town and don't plan on heading back if items don't fit. Waste of time! long line at till while one person was ringing people through while another one folded clothes.

I otherwise love Zara; however, I witnessed this employee making fun of different children coming into Zara with their families. She had tried to get her other employees to laugh with her and call the children different rude names with her but they did not. Horrible customer service with this one particular employee.

Nice clothes, but everything smells really strong perfume, even washing it doesn’t take the smell out. They also put their perfumes right by the cash, so if you have fragrance allergies, you leave there feeling sick.

Worst store to purchase an item/ also returned an item. The cashier charge me more for an item. Received my online receipt told him about it and he asked me to go back and stand on the crazy long line for him to fixed it. Unfortunately I had to do it because I wasn’t from Edmonton. Will never returned to that store again. Don’t recommended. Terrible experience

Zara west Ed makes it very hard to get things done in an orderly fashion. You have to download an app to book a change room.. so if someone behind you does it first they skip the line. And if you wanna see how a dress looks on your girlfriend for a wedding.. they tell you that she can just “send a picture”. Terrible experience. Gucci isn’t even this “strict”

With 10 minutes left until the end of my break, I decided to go to the store to try on pants, when I came to the fitting room, a short fat lady before the entrance to the fitting room and rudely told me that I have to wait. I waited when a woman came out of the fitting room, but no one let me in anyway, to which I asked the worker why I continued to stand, if one cubicle was free, and she shouted at me again that she had a lot of clothes to sort out, so she wouldn't let me in me. But her unkempt clothes had nothing to do with letting me into the changing room. Then when I walked in, I said I would leave a review for her and asked her name, to which she called the manager and lied to me that I yelled at her. I work with Clients and have never been as mad as this lady with clients. She spoiled my mood and I don't want to buy anything there again. I would give zero stars for her customer service, but unfortunately they are not available.

Awful return process. Rude, sour faced cashier who wanted the exact email that confirmed the order was sent. I fumbled around while she just looked at me like death. The other order emails weren't good enough. I had the shorts boxed, labels attached, packing slip etc...I wasn't sure if it was completed as she turned away without saying anything. So rude.

I usually avoid Zara at West Edmonton Mall because it's always uninviting to walk through the mess and sorry through clothes that are out of place. Today was the total opposite. Very helpful staff, clothes are folded nicely, and the clothes were organized by sizes. Hopefully this trend will continue for future visits.

So disappointed in the service my daughter and I received at Zara West Edmonton Mall today. My daughter returned a tank top a few days ago and we got a notification on her debit card that the return transaction was not processed. We went back to the store and told them it did not go through. They called their bank provider who told them it did go through and there wasn’t anything else they could do. I was standing there at the cashier, logged into my daughters online banking and showed them the notification that it was not processed and showed them all of her transactions (she has a total of 2 transactions) and proved to them there was no evidence of a refund amount. They kept insisting their bank was right and even called their customer service line for me to talk to (why does a customer have to get on the phone to talk to customer service when I am standing in the store ??). I asked the customer service rep why they couldn’t just reauthorize the return (even on a gift card) as I had paper trail proof right in front of them that there was no refund received and he actually said the manager could decide to do so at their own discretion. The manager in the store then took the phone back and asked him why he was telling me they could give me my money back. If customer service on the phone is right and the in store manager could have just said ‘no problem, let’s make this right.’ then I am sad to think she put my little girl through all of of that for nothing. This was all for $12.50 btw and my daughter is 10 years old. We just left the store with no resolution as she was starting to tear up and she just felt bad as it seemed like they were calling her a liar. Where is the customer service here?
