My husband and I found Shawn through one of the move to NB groups and so glad we did!Shawn was so helpful with us being first time buyers in another province and moving provinces for our house purchase. He walked us through everything, explained everything in a simple way making sure we fully understood everything. He was patient with us and even answered my call at 630 in the morning, as I accidentally set off the house alarm and we didn't know the code, as the sellor also didnt know it. Shawn started making calls and within minutes he had got the sellor on the phone who contacted the security company. We appreciated Shawn's willingness to help us and his welcoming personality.Upon closing Shawn was persistent and was on top of everything. He consistently checked in with our lawyers, us. He also provided us with a water test and a radon test.A realtor doesn't have to do these things, doesn't have to stick around till past closing, but Shawn did! We would highly recommend Shawn and if we moved again he would be the first realtor we reach out too.

My husband and I started working with Shawn before we even moved to New Brunswick.We found him through a group on Facebook. He was extremely patient with me and very knowledgeable of the areas to stay away from and even though we weren’t quite ready to buy yet he would update us on current properties so we could see what the market was like.When we were finally ready to buy He made sure the homes we were looking at fit our needs and what we wanted in a home and helped us stay within our strict budget we had.Shawn never once complained about our small budget or made us feel uncomfortable in anyway, he was never pushy. We were definitely nervous, and he always reassured us that when its mean to be we will know it. When it came time to get serious and put an offer in on a home Shawn took his time explaining everything to us and made sure we were comfortable with all the information given to us.this being our first home purchase it was extremely over whelming to me, but Shawn made sure we had everything we needed to be successful and not overwhelmed.when it came to negotiations for the purchase price, I felt like Shawn had our backs 100% we didn’t have a lot of flexibility in our budget and our offer, and we were prepared to lose the house we fell in love with if the seller wouldn’t budge. Well, that wasn’t the case and Shawn worked his magic and helped us by talking to the other Agent and letting them know we had all our ducks in a row and were ready to move right away, and we met their conditions, financing wasn’t an issue and we ended up coming to an agreement that was fair for both parties.when it came time to sign the final documents and collect our Keys Shawn and Summer Met my Husband and I with these adorable signs and surprised us with Custom Keychains with our new house keys on them. The surprises continued with a cute welcome basket and even a toy for our dog.Working with Shawn has been an amazing experience, he didn’t treat us like clients he treated us as friends. We cannot recommend him enough.
