Our dog has been a part of Sandy's pack since we first moved to Vancouver almost three years ago. Sandy is such a professional - she truly treats the dogs as though they're her own and displays so much care and attention to detail. Bao is a rescue and definitely has his own quirks and she is so understanding and patient about each one of them and will even do research and come to us with suggestions or tips and tricks from her training. She is trustworthy - we've always been able to rely on her and have felt beyond safe sending our dog out on walks with her. She is a great communicator - super responsive and always keeps the line of dialogue open if there are any issues! We are so so so beyond thankful that we found Sandy three years ago and she feels like part of the family now. Our dog adores her and loves his outings and it's been a truly wonderful experience!
