Called cause we needed a tree removed due to a split in tree and location to garage. Jeremy came out pronto and gave us a bid which was a great value! They had the best bid and the best business etiquette. Set up for the services to be done and they were there on time and got right to work. They had the tree down, lawn and street area cleaned up, tree logs and debris ran through their machine and back in their trucks within 90 minutes. We were impressed! I will recommend them and use them again in the future. Very professional on the phone and in person.

Having hired Custom View Tree & Landscaping to remove a tree/ tree stump, I found Lea & Jeremy so upbeat & personable to work with, quick to respond to my request for a quote, & fair/reasonably priced for the removal. Jeremy is very knowledgeable regarding trees in general & how best to care for them. I found the crew hired to complete the task very efficient, & they cleaned up my yard/sidewalk to perfection. I greatly recommend this company for your yard/tree projects...am so happy with their professional job!

We can't answer a lot of these questions, because the tree that has been dead for more than the five years we have been here and we have requested that they take it down, because if it fell it would have done damage to our house and the one next door perhaps. The city said that they didn't have the time, so I contacted the City Councilor, Dave Masters and in within a week the Parks department said they would contact a contractor to have it done. And yesterday your crew came out and did a wonderful job working very hard and getting it done. They worked so well together that I think everyone had the knowledge of what they were to do and where they should be at every moment of the time they were working here. I can't say that I have ever seen such good work and when they were through they left the area so clean that the only way you would know that they had been here is the area where the root was taken out didn't have grass on it.My name is Dirk Edmonds

We are so happy we chose this company! After waiting two winters for a different company to trim our trees, we gave up and called Custom View. Jeremy came out the next day and gave a reasonable estimate. Ten days later they completed the job and communicated thoroughly throughout the project. The trees look great and Custom View went above and beyond our expectations. They also did an impeccable job with the clean up! Don’t hesitate to have Custom View trim your trees!

Fantastic experience getting a quote to take a tree down that nobody else wanted to do. The salesman was knowledgable and helpful, and gave us a very reasonable quote. The crew that took the tree down was safe, efficient, and overall great. The price was lower than expected. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I've waited to give this review for two reasons: one, I wanted to see the project come to completion first, and; two, I wanted to be sure that my initial response to their service was fair.My husband and I are first time homeowners, and we inherited a MASSIVE tree that was rotting from the inside, and had a V-split 2 trunk system. We first used this company in the summer of 2020, to get the branches trimmed off of the house so that we could be insured. We used them again just this week for complete removal of the tree, and I have them scheduled for next week for some landscaping!The pricing is extremely fair, and their service is amazing. These guys are quick, friendly, and went above and beyond for us - during our removal this week, they even cut a huge part of the tree in slabs for me to use in my garden! All of our neighbors in town have been asking us about them, and we are happy to give them more business. Not only that, but I'm super appreciative of all of their ongoing clear and honest communication throughout the entire project while they work with us. Working with Jeremy at Custom View is awesome. He is very knowledgeable and honest regarding any tree problem we have. Custom has trimmed our trees in the winter and most recently removed fallen limbs from a recent storm. The work is completed in a reasonable amount of time and definitely looks so much better than before. Thank you Jeremy and the team at Custom View!
