We were walking by Dough and a miracle happened: no line! There's always a lot of people at this place when we walk by, so to have only one person in front of us, well, it was a sign to finally try what this bakery has to offer.And I get why this place is so popular: tasty baked goodies at reasonable prices with quick and friendly service. We got:- Croissant sandwich: This was super cheesy, which I loved. The croissant was also soooooo buttery and properly flakey.- Carrot cupcake: Really really moist with a really thick icing topping. A bit too heavy for me, but you definitely get your money's worth.- Coconut cream pie: While I would have liked the coconut taste to be just a tad stronger, the cream was light and airy while the crust was just the right level of nutty sweet.Also, you can pre-order in advance since they sell out often. I get why, because Dough is a good one.

Love Dough! It’s our local bakery and we basically go weekly for the best breakfast sandwich on the Danforth. We’ll often pick up croissants, quiche, squares for dessert, Red Fife sourdough, and homemade soup. We love the staff! They provide exceptional service and co-owner Oonagh and her partner Dylan are so friendly and always make a fuss of our dog, coming out to say hi and to give her a treat. Love having Dough in our neighbourhood!

THE BEST!! the pastry they sell that starts with K and is a dense croissant but carmelized and topped with sugar (I KNOW, right?! They’ll know what you’re asking for!) is INCREDIBLE, as is everything else I’ve tried from there. All made fresh on site. Incredible! (Did I say that already?)

A wonderful, family owned local bakery. Their key lime pie is the best I've had outside of Florida. Their breakfast sandwiches are addictive. The challah buns will elevate your burgers to legendary status. Spectacular place, you can't go wrong. Really nice folks too.

Last spring we came here to see what the hype was about. The store was 20 minutes past its scheduled opening. We tried to go in but the door was locked and someone saw us but headed to the back?? We knocked and rattled the door but nothing. So, we figured that maybe they needed to go to the washroom.We waited 15-20 minutes and still nobody to be found. While we were waiting we looked at the display glass from outside, and there was flies all over the pastries. We immediately headed out. Just by looking at the pastries I could tell that they aren’t any good anyways. Saved us the trouble…

I’ve had so many good things from here. The cold cut or chicken salad sandwich is amazing for lunch. Pastries are giant and flavourful - kouign amann and almond croissant are my fave. They also have bars and cakes, hello dolly/ Nanaimo bar etc.

The Quiche Lorraine is one of, if not the best we've ever had. So fluffy, full of bacon and caramelized onion, and the crust was delicious. The carrot muffins were also excellent - could only eat half because they're so packed with walnuts. And the pecan squares - easily the best pecan tart/pie/square we've had. You can actually taste the butter and they're just so so good. The challa bread was also very delicious. It was more dense than others we've tried and very tasty. Lastly, the key lime pie was amazing. Possibly the best I've ever had, including the many I've had down in Florida. So happy to have tried this bakery and looking forward to many visits in the future!

Absolutely DELICIOUS desserts. We got the butter tarts and the hello dolly bars, and couldn’t stop talking about how good they were the rest of the night. Super friendly and welcoming staff, cute place, all around A+. So glad we stopped by!

All kinds of scrumptious deliciousness for every palate. Noticed lots of GF breads and treats too. Also for tea lovers, they carry a good selection Sloane Teas (loose leaf tin).
