Hudson's Bay

It's beyond my comprehension that there are still people in retail business who are racially biased, myself working in retail I know how to treat a customer, the lady in the woman's department was very racially biased. If you don't like people of color don't expose yourself to people , stay home or maybe not work upfront on the retail floor and save yourself and your customers from an disappointing experience.The lady at the cash register was very friendly and chatty with customers ahead of me (different ethnicity than mine ) .when it was my turn to pay she was visibly unwelcoming upto the point that she refused to help me just because the tag on the merchandise was missing, it's not my fault that the tag is missing on your merchandise and it was her job to find the tag instead she decides to push the merchandise towards me to find the same pieces from the floor and bring to her .The manager on the duty was great , she listened to my concern and addressed it .

Honestly abysmal. I had to walk around the store 3 full times before I could find anyone to buy my item from, with 4 different tills either left empty or staffed by people doing other things and ignoring customers. When I finally found someone to purchase my item from it rang through at a far higher price than that at which it was clearly labeled, and yet I wasn't offered the labeled price as per company standards. I ultimately left without buying anything. Genuinely the worst shopping experience I have ever had at a Hudson's Bay, and I will never be coming back. Even if I was already at WEM, I would sooner drive across the city to another Hudson's Bay than to patronize this location.Horrible customer service, horrible organization.

Hudson Bay I feel is a good place to shop for the hangs that you need to use around your home, send kitchen I. Just walked through there to get to the British store. That is on the outside of Hudson Bay but I have bought stuff at Hudson Bay before. Quality merchandise

They have great collection of men and women’s cologne. Even the staff is helpful and guide you well with products.

There is an excellent variety of clothes to choose from. We recently got our son a suit that he needed for his hockey team trips. With online choices today we don't always shop in person but it is nice to be able to try things on and see before buying them.

So in the perfume section look for my girl Desiree, she is 10 out of 10 the best customer service souls sales associate I have ever interacted with in my entire life. She deserves a raise. She has the best attitude ever.

This Hudson's Bay isloaded like the ones I shop in Calgary and irs also massive. They have varieties of things for shopperstobuy. Household accessoriesand clothing from different top brand designers like, Joe Boxer, Clark's, Tommy Hilfiger, Rodd and Gunn, Lacoste, Produkt, Adidas, Perry Ellis, Dockers, Polo Ralph Lauren etc. They also have women' and children's clothing from different designers and brands. Their prices are a bit affordable. They do not have so much sales going on but a good number of items are on clearance. You need time to explore to get what you want.

If you go to get a cologne or perfumes then you have to talk to Yves! Do not waste your time with anyone else. YVES was the highlight of my trip to Edmonton. Gave us the perfect combination of perfumes and colognes. Yves definitely has a nose of a God!

Good customer service. But the upper level only limited staff. Also the escalator going down to first level is not working. You have to go out and use the mall escalator to go down the bay first level.

Loved everything in it especially bedding and kitchen stuff, good quality items
