Every time I go to this location there is always an issue in the past it’s been old meat or it was always cold I had taken a break and been going to the new location on Mayfield mind you this location is 5 mins away from me. Today I decided to give them another chance man do i regret it I had ordered my food the chicken was already shared out and I waited over 20 mins for the fries while I watched the employees on the shift going through uniforms and laughing as if there was not orders to be filled once the fries were really there was 3 other orders who had gotten filled the employee who took my order and the other person who had packed it just left my order there and it was no communication to finish the order. It was not until I asked then the manger Harpreet said oh I missed the order and was asking if the fries could go in the same box. She then let me know she put extra fries like no how about you pay attention to your customers all the same. Every time I go here I feel invisible and dismissed by the staff. I would not recommend this location I came home to have to warm up my food because they left it out. The staff needs to be properly trained and not all giggling when there is work to be done.

Fried chicken is my all time favorite here .A combo of biscuit and fries ,fried chicken and diet coke. My tummy is so happy! Delicious and respected price! Good to go and for delivery! Very satisfied !

The service at this popeyes store is always exceptional. The chicken they serve is always fresh. The sides were equally impressive. The Cajun fries were crispy and had just the right amount of seasoning, and the mashed potatoes were creamy and flavorful. Disha is always a delight to deal with. Always welcoming and helpful. Awesome service.
