First he sold me an upright, used which was fine. I asked him if it smelled like dog ,because it was a pet vacuum. He said no . I brought it home used it once and just about choked to death it smelled like wet dog. Called him and told him I’m bringing it back and I brought my powerhead to see if he could fix it instead.I just payed 100 for him to glue the plastic around an attachment that I had taped .Way overpriced will never ever go there again. And then when I got home the thing fell apart. I just wasted 100 dollars.

I went in to find vaccum bags. The miserable little man was very rude. He got right up in my face, took his mask off and yelled at me because I opened the bag to make sure I had the correct one! This is no way to treat a customer. Store was dirty and crowded.

I called to ask if they have a part for my vacuum. I told him the brand name of the vacuum, but I didn’t know the model, but he insisted he had the part. I’m not so sure. He didn’t really ask me any questions to try to determine the model or anything. The part that bothered me the most though, was that he was eating chips or something and crunched in my ear the entire time we were on the phone.

He’s super knowledgeable and knows his stuff! Is helpful with information and gives excellent problem solving advice. With Sears gone, he’s the guy for vacuum, sewing machine replacement bulbs, belts etc. I’m going to buy a used vacuum there next week

Got my Bissell spot cleaner fixed here under warranty last week, and it's working just like it was before. They got it fixed faster than the time I was told, so I'm happy overall! Interior of the store might put you off a bit, and customer service was so-so, but they do a great job fixing vacuums - that's all it really matters, right?

I did phone ahead . But when I got thereIwas told they did not have the part.Left my vaccum for 5 days. Today I picked it up. Nothing. I will never recomend this place.Horriable

I strongly would not recommend this guy . Miserable, rude and unfriendly old Man . I don’t know how he survive in his business . Place is dirty most important there is no customer service AT ALL . His other reviews with 5 stars are all fake . Meet him in person then you know what I am talking about . Reviews can be bought . He should not be a Sebo agent .Avoid this place if you can .

Took my Bisell roomba here because it was the only place that would fix it. Worth the drive, the owner couldn't fix it so he had a new one sent in! Am very happy. He was not overly friendly but not as bad as the ratings say. I am shocked by all the comments saying he couldn't speak English. His English is fine, if you can't handle talking to someone whose first language is not English then you have a very different problem.

Guy tried to sell me a used roller brush for my carpet cleaner that looked like it might not be compatible. I asked to borrow his screwdriver so I could open it and make sure that it was the same but he refused and told me that I'm not allowed to service it on the premises. I had a screwdriver in my car so I left with my carpet cleaner and I opened it next to my car, sure enough, it was not a compatible roller brush. He then found a used single roller brush that was identical to what I needed and wanted $25 for it after i showed him that I could buy 2 NEW rollers and the assembly for about the same price from Bissell. Cannot recommend!
