I was told that there are two new physicians taking new patients. I called and asked, they said yes male or female. I said female. They booked me a time for a meet and greet. I showed up for my appointment. I waited for 1.5 hours until they finally called me in. I met with the doctor, she asked me if I was told they are taking new patients, to which I said yes. She let me know that she is not but she can add me to her wait list and come back in 4-6 weeks to see if she can take on more patients. She told me that the reception should not be telling people they are taking new patients. I am very frustrated for not only wasting my time, but being deceived.

I have been going to this clinic for over ten years. The clinic is absolutely a five star and especially my doctor, Dr Moses. He is so patient, kind, interested, personable and above all is intelligent and informed. I’m not an easy case with chronic illness but he always refers me and assists and engages into my care. I wouldn’t be as well as I a today without his guidance.

Willowgrove Medical Group is a friendly practice that always treats the patient well. Everyone is like one big family, whether you have been a member that has been around for years or someone that has just joined.The medical practice has made a name for itself. Rising to the ranks since the early ’80s and working hard has paid off. Now this healthcare centre (that the patient’s wellbeing is a priority) has thousands of registered patients.I don’t think anyone or business handles negative reviews well, but they do! The very busy owner tries to respond to as many messages as she can! She likes the feedback so she and her staff can improve in the ways that they can.Nice technology has advanced, you can make an appointment by calling or going on the website, this saves you the time of going on a journey to do the same task.Even if you don’t have a doctor you can still be seen. There is something called the walk-in clinic, which allows the person to see the doctor that is on the schedule on that day. By doing this you don’t need to book an appointment, you just need to turn up whenever you want to be seen.In my personal opinion, Willowgrove Medical Group is an amazing clinic that everyone should come to to see if this clinic is the one for them.

The services our family receive from Willowgrove Medical Group is excellent. Our family physician Dr. Moses Olakanmi and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Every time we visit, we appreciate Dr. Olakanmi taking his time to go over the diagnosis clearly and explaining the treatment options.It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such passion and empathy for patients with outstanding quality of medical care. We highly recommend becoming his patient!

I absolutely love my doctor Dr. Patton however the front desk are extremely rude and don’t care. Half the time of you call they are just snappy with you. When you go in as well even with a booked appointment they are rude and don’t understand. It honestly makes me want to find a new clinic to go to only because of the front desk staff there. They do not care or listen to you. Changed to 1 star as dr patton is leaving.

I went to the the walk in doctor and I did a test and we got the results. The walk in doctor decides to test for the exact same thing a second time, even though we've already got the results on the first test. This clinic has some of the worst doctors that I have ever seen. They are extremely incompetent. I agree with what another reviewer said, it almost seems like they cheated their way through medical school. If I could give a zero star I would.

I love my usual family doctor there, however, when I had to go to walk-in I got a different female doctor. I’d had eye surgery and an elastoplast surgical tape, which I’m severely allergic to, was put over my eye after surgery, so needless to say I had a severe reaction. I waited a day trying to medicate it myself, and then went to the walk-in, where the female doctor said what do you want me to do, it has to sort itself out. True, but I needed something stronger than Reactine to bring the swelling down. I had to basically beg for a topical cream to help with the redness, itching and swelling, and never did get anything more than that. She was incredibly rude. The pharmacist next door was more helpful than she was.

Let me start by saying that Dr. Colin Halbgewachs is the BEST doctor there. I’ve taken my children to this clinic numerous times and I always hope that he is working. He is compassionate and listens and actually cares about your health.Last night was the first time I went to this clinic for myself because I’m positive I have a bladder or kidney infection. “Doctor” Mahjabeen Anjum is terribly rude and treats you as if you are the biggest burden of the day. She writes a prescription after telling me that she doesn’t know if it’s a bladder infection but she will send the sample away for urinalysis. Then got attitude with me because she printed my prescription when I asked her to fax it to my pharmacy. She is rushing you out of there as if the building is on fire.Fast forward to this afternoon when I get a notification on my ehealth. It says that my test was cancelled because they did not submit a sample. The guy who answered the phone gave me a reason but I could barely hear him and just told me that my only option would be to drive all the way back there (I live outside the city) to give another sample. I’m beyond frustrated and just hope I guess that it’s not a more serious infection.

We don't have time to sit and discuss anything with you. Go find a family doctor."They never listen to you when you tell them anything. They deliberately rush through appointments because they want to spend as little time as possible with patients

I told the walk-in doctor that I should get some lab tests done, and he agreed. He gave me the lab test forms and told me to give it to the lady in the middle room. I looked on the lab test form and everything on the form was exactly what we agreed on. I gave the lab form to the nurse in the middle room and left. A few days later I came back to inquire about the results. When I spoke to the same walk-in doctor a second time, I realized they made a clerical error and sent off the wrong lab test form. He tried to deny the mistake but the mistake was undeniable. These doctors are extremely unprofessional and have extremely bad work ethic. I would not recommend anyone go here.
