Dental Montreal

I took an appointment with a very nice receptionist I believe her name was Jessica. Before taking the appointment I asked for an estimate, since I’m a student and budgeting is important. Once I got there, the doctor answered my need which was the only service I NEEDED and called for. She then decided that I needed a panoramic scan and told her assistant to proceed with a scan without my consent (my last scan was in 2021, so it was still valid for 4 more years). When I got to the reception to pay, they had charged me extra for the scan. I told the doctor that she didn’t inform me of any extra charges. She answered that they’re not a grocery store where they can gives prices with an arrogant attitude. Unfortunately, I’m not a bank. I’m just a student that knows her right so I called “ordres des dentistes du Québec” and transferred my file to another dentist.

This place is exceptional. Tina the receptionist is simply fantastic and so efficient. I've dealt with 2 different dentist and dental hygienist (my son and I) and they were all the nicest people. They had quoted me a price for my wisdom teeth removal but following the procedure, it ended it costing much less than what they quoted originally. Honesty and transparency goes a long way these days! And they play good music!!!

Good service and nice staff

I was looking for a new dentist clinic that was closer to home and while doing my research I found this one. It has considerably better reviews than other ones so I gave it a shot. The dentist was really knowledgeable and kind (Dr. Diallo), but the secretaries are a mess. There seems to be tension in between more senior secretaries and newer ones, it is very noticeable and it's just uncomfortable to witness while you're sitting there. There was confusion with my insurance and finally they told me everything was taken care of, but it wasn't. I just called for a simple information that I need in order to submit my claim, and low and behold it took 10 minutes of explaining and arguing for them to provide it to me. Not going back, please train your secretaries well.
