Wellington Security Systems

We switched our security system over to Wellington in 2017. Everyone we have dealt with has been knowledgeable and helpful. Service guys are prompt and quick to fix any issues. Amanda is excellent at solving problems and/or directing us to someone who can help. A great team to be sure.

I contacted Wellington for help with a challenging security installation in a “new to me” commercial property. They were prompt, responsive and completely professional in all regards. I would highly recommend them for your home or commercial security needs.

Wellington Security is the security company I trusted to keep watch over my family and my home. Every aspect of their service and product were worth every cent and more... and it wasn’t that expensive to begin with. The equipment, the installation, the monitoring and the service were all top notch. I had a slightly unusual installation and had a problem after about two years. The technician who was most familiar with the problem’s solution spent a half hour with me on the phone going step-by-step through the equipment and electronic troubleshooting until the problem was solved permanently. I will recommend them highly to any and all of my friends and family over those other more familiar names who spend so much on advertising and use (allegedly) less scrupulous companies to monitor the alarms. Thank you Wellington for many years of truly excellent service!

Wellington is a step above. They obviously care about the safety and security of business leaders, employees and customers. Their technological capabilities are advanced, and their local monitoring service is very reliable.

Terrible experience with this company - from setting up an account, to features or lack thereof, to nickel and diming every single item, to trying to disconnect. I would not recommend.
