Petro-Canada & Car Wash

This is the second time I have bought a car wash here and the receipt did not print off, so I had to get the kids out of the car, go inside, wait in line and get my ticket. This time, however the woman said there was no record of it on the pump so I paid again and now I realize I was charged twice. Never returning. Do yourself a favour and use any other car wash.

Great place for fuel and the All important Car Wash :) This Petro Can Car Wash is so popular, it is common for occasional shut downs for Soap refills and regular weekly maintenance...but it's only because of the sheer number of Enthusiasts that enjoy One of THEE Best Car Washes in London. Bonus... it's close to the 401 Wellington Rd, so Always a go to for Clean Ride on a Road Trip. I selected 87 gas, only to realize $50 in that the light under 94 was on. Waste of money. My experience is identical to another poster here.

Went in yesterday to buy some lottery tickets. When I walked in, I was only customer in store. I stood at counter for 2 min while the employee was on a calculator. He never acknowledged me until he was finished. I told him I wanted some cash for life tickets. He pulled the tray out and started picking tickets, I asked if I could pick them. He was very agitated and jammed them back in, and held tray so far from me, that my face was touching the plexiglass barrier between us trying to reach the tickets! He never spoke one word to me the whole time I was there. I'm doing him a favor by coming there, instead he made me feel like I was an annoying bother to him. Extremely rude and I will not come back!!! Learn some proper customer service buddy!!!!

I just got gas at this Petro Canada Station because the regular price was 111.7 and even though I selected the regular grade it charged me for ultra at 143.9. When I went in to tell the cashier what happened he refused to even look at the cameras. I have never bought Ultra gas in my life! The regular button is on the opposite side of the pump. I have no idea how or why this happened but I warn people to use caution when visiting this station in the future!

I just visited the petro Canada at 835 Wellington Rd, London, ON N6C 4R5. I purchased the works" car wash but my receipt didn't print. When I went in to request my receipt with my wash code

Worst car wash I've ever been too! The machine literally scratches & damages your vehicle! Never go here! I folded in my mirrors and it nearly ripped them off!! The most unthought through aggressive system! Haven't they heard of research???GO TO TOUCH-LESS CAR WASHES ONLY!

I stopped by to fill up my tank at the self-service station. I went through the typical insert payment card and select gas type, but I was never given the option to purchase a car wash ticket with my fill-up. I checked the car wash garage, and it turned out that it was out of service for the day. Unbeknownst to me, the receipt printer machine was out of paper, too. I did not think anything of it other than to simply walk inside and retrieve it afterward from the attendant. The paper runs out at other Petro-Canada locations within the city, so I am not surprised the attendants are not being vigilant and refilling when the supply is low or out entirely. I walk in and immediately after upon greeting I was asked if I wanted to purchase a car wash pass. My first thought was, Are you kidding me? This must be a complete joke." First off

Worst gas station ever! The gentleman that’s always at the counter needs to learn proper customer service and manners. Every time his machines are down he yells at all the customers and insists it’s their card and not his equipment. On a day like today when the entire world knows that Rogers network is down you would assume a gigantic company like Petro Canada would’ve informed their employees. Do better petro Canada do better:(
