Car Medics Auto Repair

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The team at Car Medics were extremely helpful, kind and I strangely enjoyed going to my appointments. Great prices and always left with additional knowledge about my car, how it works and the repairs needed. This was shown through photos and a detailed, yet simple explanation. I will continue going!

Great service and assistance with squeezing in at a time that worked for me. Only issue is they have no locked compound and possibly no cameras (not many of their competitors do either) so vehicle is at risk of catalytic converter theft.

After moving to Kingston, I looked for a reliable service centre for my vehicle. A neighbour recommended Car Medics on Rigney and I started taking my vehicle there. In the years that I have dealt with them, I have found them to be honest, trustworthy and respectful. As a female driver, I have had to deal with some patronizing treatment when having my vehicle serviced in the past. This was never the case at Car Medics. Every time I have had dealings with them, the experience has been positive. Recently, I found out that my older vehicle was no longer safe to drive. I did not know what to do. Car Medics advised me on my options and worked with me on the disposal of the vehicle. Their help saved me a lot of time and worry. I am very grateful to them for their help. I do not hesitate to recommend them to all drivers.

Extremely impressed with CarMedics. Easy financing on my new tires and rims, and also diagnosed a lower control arm issue that resolved a small clunking noise I had also noticed. Speedy, friendly service!

The front counter staff and the mechanics care about their clients. They communicate, explaining the issues with your vehicle and how to best address them. When thing's don't go just right they stand behind the warranties and work with you to fix the issues in a fair manner.

Peter was very helpful, friendly, patient and made sure I understood every part if the process. He worked with me to schedule the inspection and work performed on my car very quickly as he was able to assess from the details I gave about my concerns for my car that there were potential safety issues.My vehicle required a lot of work, Peter was thorough and honest when reviewing my vehicle inspection. He was understanding when I decided to address the critical items identified for safe driving and that i would need to weigh the costs of fixing the rest of the recommended repairs identified in the inspection that would be needed soon or if I would decide to purchase a new car instead.Being able to have the use of a loaner car while my car was in the garage was invaluable to me and made it possible to leave my car with CarMedics for the repairs they made on my car.The repairs were excellent with quality parts.

Incredible last minute service and repair on our drive from Toronto to Ottawa. Peter was super helpful and helped resolve out problem in a fair, helpful, and expedient way.

I went to Car Medics for the first time for a brake inspection and eventually to get my brakes changed.I loved that communication was done via text regarding pick-up times and quotes. I felt no pressure to use their services. The information from their inspection, along with photos, were done via a website, which was very straightforward and easy to follow. It outlined the problem areas and everything that passed inspection.After I got my brakes re-done, I filled out their customer survey and mentioned a minor issue I had (a very light dirt/grease mark on my passenger seat). They called me within a half an hour to offer a complimentary cleaning to resolve the issue.My past experience with mechanics were through Midas and Canadian Tire. The difference in the level of service was truly night and day. I will be coming to the Car Medic for all of my future car needs and would recommend them to anyone.
