Very grateful for the save on the in-ground pool stairs, they look brand new after a large amount of damage. The DIY kits from Poolstep Specialist are wonderful. Their video series and email/phone tech support were spot on every time. My pool steps look amazing after performing both the thermo plastic and complete refurbishment repairs. If anyone is looking to make their pool steps look new again order their kits! I contacted Steve and Pool Step Specialists to refinish our stairs. He responded to the quote request quickly and we traded emails after regular business hours to sort through the details which is not expected but very much appreciated. We scheduled the work and Troy came by for the service. He was really informative about the process and has to be one of the more personable techs I've had the pleasure to work with! The stairs look brand new and I can't say enough good things about the team, the process and the results. Thanks Steve and Troy!

Steve did an amazing and very thorough job in refurbishing our pool stairs. He explained the process as he went along which really helped to understand the importance of all the steps involved. So hard working and personable. I only wish that all contractors could be so easy to deal with.

Cory did an unbelievable job in fixing our two cracked steps.His attention to detail was outstanding. He explained exactly why and what he was doing during each step of the process.I’m sure the steps are now good for another 35 years.I would highly recommend Cory and Pool Step Specialists.

We needed our pool steps resurfaced / repaired. I was so happy when Steve and Cory came to do the job. They are so professional not only in their work but in explaining the process. Steve went above and beyond when he repaired our pool stairs.Our stairs had two frost cracks, one 12 inches long. Multiple holes in each stair, cracks in all the surrounding surfaces and was heavily stained.Our pool stairs now look brand new.Steve explained each of the repairs he was going to perform and why. Steve did not spare any effort.Thank you Steve, our pool is now back to its original condition and ready for the swim season.And finally, the cost to repair our pool stairs was far below what I expected for the amount of work involved and the final outcome.

Steve shared his experiences with other customer which helped me to gain confidence in his product. He is very knowledgeable about the repair process. I completed the repairs to the top pool step myself. The pool gel is an incredible product. It looks FANTASTIC!! If you have holes, cracks or poor support at your steps don’t replace them, repair them at a fraction of replacement cost. Thanks Steve!
