From booking to checking in, staff at this comfort inn have surprised me with the amazing service. It might be a bit older of a hotel, but you'll be treated fairly and respectfully. There wasn't a pool and I think that drives most families away. For someone who needed a quick hotel for my daughter's surgery while breaking my own foot, staff had done everything to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.

Decent hotel if your stuck for a place to stay. I booked for the convenience of having walkout rooms to parking lot. Check-in/out and any further service was prompt. Rooms could definitely use a general update but bed was comfy. Breakfast wasn't to die for but it's free. Thanks for the stay!

Worst hotel experience I've had, as soon as we got to our room and opened the door we were hit with a nasty musty smell so we cranked the window to try and help. The bed was covered in black hair and the pillows had stains on them. We phoned the front desk and asked for new bedding, when the house keeper showed up she was clearly upset and left us to make our own bed with the blankets and throw the old bedding into the hallway. The new blankets had rips in multiple spots. There was also an old towel left hanging in the bathroom. We left for the night for an event and ended up just booking a new hotel as we felt it was to gross to even stay the night there. Tried getting a refund or even just a discount the next morning and had no help from the front desk.Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Spend the extra $20 and stay across the road.
