Ted Baker

Went to look at purses for my sister-in-law. She saw one there before but after not finding it she settled on a similar one. Gentleman at register and other sales assistant were friendly. However I noticed a defect in the purse that they brought from the back (new, wrapped up). It was single-stitched instead of double-stitched at the end and the stitch was loose. There was no other stock in the store in that colour. The display model had a scratched long logo. Simply asked if they would be willing to discount the display model due to the scratches and no other inventory, and the Manager refused. Better quality control is needed. My sister-in-law will likely go to another brand and look for a purse there due to this experience.

Visited on Feb 12th, very poor customer service. Staff did not care and interested in selling their stuff. Both workers did not know how to assist their customers, very disappointed. Also they did not pack the suit well, just folded the suit in the regular bag. My husband did not want to buy anything from there but I insisted because the style & quality of the suit was impressive. However, the owner needs to really check on their workers to save the reputation of the store.

Horrible customer service today...And ZERO etiquette. It's evident there is clearly an issue with shoplifters based on the sign in the change room. Which leads me to question where you would like me to leave my other shopping bags while trying on clothing. And for the south Asian cashier who ever so rudly handed me my purchase, its not hard to thank a customer for shopping and wishing them well. It's called CUSTOMER SERVICE. It keeps you employed.

Not impressed with the increased price tags than the original price. I came home and saw the tag had original price of $225 and outlet price as $295. Three other outfits had the same thing. So disappointing.

The store itself has great seclection but the staff are super rude and the girl on cash worked like a snail. She took working at her own pace to a new level. I was in line for 30 mins and there were only two people ahead of me with only 2-3 items each... Ridiculous

Beautiful dresses and tops for a great price. I have been to the location at Yorkdale mall. This place has odd sizes. I still love their European design. I hope they stick around because other store sell plain looking dresses.

Very disappointed at the Ted Baker staff for providing wrong info to my nephew who so happily bought a gift for us and check with the staff who confirmed that the item (bag) in clearance can be returned for full refund within 20 days. When we went back within 20 days to return we were told they cannot refund as this can not be refunded as its a clearance item and can only be exchanged/store credited. Very poor experience. And then they pointed out the text on receipt which is printed only after a transaction is done...and my sweet nephew and we feel duped by this wrong information given by the employee :( :( I will never go to this store again with this type of bad information provided by staff and no one wants to help given what happened. Very bad experience.

Poor customer service and very rude staff. It seems like they doing you a favor letting you shop at their store. I looked up a T-shirt on the display for $ 59.00 (Size 6) and requested them to get me a different size and the price on the same T shirt in Size 5 is $ 76.00. I was told different size different price. Never heard of this ever in any store. The guy Ivan was rude and when I spoke to the Manager the girl was even worse (Couldn't get her name)Won't recommend this store to anyone, very bad experience.

I received a wallet from a family member as a Christmas gift which was purchased from Ted Baker's online store. Although the wallet was in good condition, I found it very heavy so decided to return it. Although I did eventually receive a refund, it took a lot of effort and perseverance to make it happen. It would been easier if I could have returned it to a Ted Baker store, but they do not permit this, which seems odd to me. I would not buy from Ted Baker's online store again, since there is always a risk when you buy online that you may not be happy with the product and I would never want to go through the painful process of applying for a refund again.
