Overview:Newer store, part of the outlet mall.Staff:SUPER HELPFUL! They were amazing in helping us find what we needed.Cleanliness/moderness:Clean store and this might be just me but the unfinished flooring just bugs me for some reason but it does remind me that I’m at an outlet.Would I go back?If I needed Aldo items I’d go back. The deals were solid as well.

Loads of stock and many items were on sale. One lady approached me to ask if I needed assistance and let me know about the sales in the section I was looking which was appreciated. Very clean and comfortable browsing experience.

Me and my wife bought pair of shoes for each of us , Our kid had to use washroom , my wife gave me her pair of shoes to pay for and she took him to washroom . So I stayed in the line to pay . All shoe items were listed as 19 29 and 34 with yellow and red stickers saying clearance . When it comes to pay all it sudden my wife's shoes were of 69$ and when I questioned about the price , attendant told me the regular price of those shoes are $199 , so I paid , thinking it is still a good deal. When my wife came back she told me her shoes were listed as $29 mark. I asked the cashier and took her to the spot where shoes were , she started saying those supposed not to be there and regular price of shoes is $99 and I am getting $20 discount. I told them I want to return the shoes,wondering how come those are the only shoes listed for $69 and all the other store wide shoes are listed far lesser. They would not return even within the 5 minutes of purchasing the item, mentioning it is a final sale and they could not do anything. So disappointed !!!!!

I do understand there is so much power the staff in the store have, store manager included however,There is ABSOLUTELY no reason why I should buy an item and ask for an exchange within just 3 days of buying that item. This particular policy is a huge setback for potential customers spending money in this store. I should NOT have to cause a fracas or even get into some childish arguments with the staff simply because they have no refund or exchange policy.This is beyond disturbing because I am the one spending my money In your store to get such terrible service? It is a shame.

Found shoes on clearance and the lady said she wasn’t tall enough to reach the box so she put them on hold for us after countless times callling we finally found someone who found them but wasn’t informed of anything when we showed up we got the wrong pair of shoes and found out the ones we wanted were sold... wasted gas and time not impressed will probably never come back

Went in yesterday, bought some heels and I believe it was Daniela that helped me and she’s was super helpful and informative. Definitely will be coming here more and requesting her specifically to help me out! Deserves a raise!:)

Save ur trip. Just go to wem. They not interested in selling. No inventory and they hired staff from streets

Had a good collection for shoes. But the only thing missing was that there was just one person handling both cash and customer requests. Though she was doing a good job and trying to help everyone with their requests but having more people working at the store would have been appreciated.
