Pinos 'Authentic Italian Cuisine'
Both my husband and myself are Italian and were hopeful that this restaurant would not only provide authentic food but also atmosphere.The food was actually quite good. Not the best I’ve eaten but pretty good. I enjoyed the young guitarist whose tunes were enjoyable and not too loud or annoying.My biggest complaint is with the decor. The horrible stained and sticky floors are seriously gross. The tables with plastic table covers are tacky. The smell of cigarette smoke is unappetizing. There’s potential for this place but it needs some improvements.

Seriously. OH. MY. GOD.The food is nothing short of fabulous. What’s a better word that fabulous? Seriously. After every bite was “mmmm”.The service was Devine. The owner sat with us and chatted. Bella, his dog, so cute! She was so welcoming as well.Hand made desserts and sauces and more. We will be back.If you haven’t eaten here before, you need to!

Pinos 'Authentic Italian Cuisine'
I have had food from this place twice now, and both times it was exceptional. Both times I had spaghetti dishes, and each of them was good in their own way. Very flavorful, ridiculously large portion. I couldn’t finish my entire meal in one sitting. Wish I was in town longer as some of the salads and other pass the dishes look really good and I would’ve loved to have tried them. Price is seemed a little bit. Hi to me, but that might be normal for Trail?

The reviews and opinions about this restaurant are all over the map. Seems to be a love hate thing… so I guess we fall into the love category. Wild old Italian owner. Very old school. He gave my sister a red rose halfway through our meal…The loyal customers are friendly and the staff are great. They have a restaurant dog (off putting to some) who was adorable.Portions were large, service was fast.Value for food quality/ quantity was high.Give it a go, enter into the fray of which Italian restaurant do you frequent in Trail.

Pinos 'Authentic Italian Cuisine'
We went to this place based on reviews and the reviews were not wrong! We are from Kelowna on a week end trip and wanted some Italian food.The food was fantastic,service was fantastic.The best Italian food I have ever eaten.Huge portions,pasta was cooked perfectly,sauce was flavorful and lots of it but not too much.I was given a beautiful red rose from the owner.He was polite and friendly.If we ever come back this way to Trail B.C. we will definitely come back here again.

Every time I have been here it’s been fantastic…We had resos at a place close by that had us still waiting at the door, we decided to head to pinos and where so thankful we did.They had live music, cleaned off a lot recently vacant table for us and continued to do their best while being busy. We had great food all around, but the pizza out shined the table!I was given a rose, like every time but felt he may have felt bad as it was later in the night and the roses (to him) didn’t look as nice. It’s been a week later and this rose is still delighting my life with its presence.Places like this have such beautiful heart and soul.

Cozy owner operated, authentic and delicious Italian food. Very friendly and generous. Their prices are very reasonable and the portions were huge.
