i recomand people do not go this tim horton because they don't no. how to make tea its one time happened with me its third time i order cha tea latte 3 sugar no sryup but she make cha tea latte add exprsso shot then ryt awy i tell them then she make again its too much cold usally i order other tim horten same order they make hot cha tea latte but here nobody make gud tea its totally waste of money because am truck driver i can't make u turn everytime to return tea so i humble request to manager change staff or otherwise trained them proper tell them everything

Went inside. I was third in line, three people came in behind me, and it took 12 minutes to get up to the till. 1 person on thier own at the front and 5 people working the drive thru. Decided not to get a dozen donuts and just got 1 coffee since the poor girl at the front had a line of 6 people and NO help.

There is filipino girl. She don’t know how to make bagel i told her extra butter but no she ignored. I ordered everything bagel tossed with extra butter inside has-brown but she added cheese

I love this Tims, as a truck driver I always pass by here and if this Tim’s didn’t exist I wouldn’t know what to do lol. I would like to thank the staff but especially Adut for being such a good representative. She’s very polite and good! This is the type of customer service that every business should provide. Not like the Tims in Nipigon, ON, most of the time all employees there have an attitude to the point that I don’t stop there anymore but instead I drive another hour to Thunder Bay, ON to get my coffee. Thank you Redcliff Tims and thank you Audt!

This location can have the best service and the worst. It all depends on what time you visit.During the day it is well staffed and clean in the evening basics such as toilet paper in the bathroom or paper towels are often missing.This donut shop has run out of donuts last time I visited.I like the location, the staff and quality of food depends on when you visit.

Enjoyed my short stop here. Had to use the bathroom and get a coffee for a long drive...I wish when exiting the bathroom it was a push door, so you don’t have to get your freshly washed clean hands dirty again...Easy entrance and exit doors to follow... Friendly staff, great menu options.I recommend my drink of choice: French Vanilla with a shot of Espresso!

Since new owners took over Tim Hortons, the coffee is not as fresh or good, some items not available and in this location men's washroom is disgusting.

Two of our orders were wrong, and one of them was wrong AGAIN the second time around. THEN the men’s washroom was out of paper towels and the hand dryer wasn’t working. AND the bathroom looks like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Need I describe more?
