Mill Valley Funeral & Cremation Centre
Disappointing service. The nurse called and was on hold with the dispatching/paging company for 40 minutes before even speaking to someone. Then it took 2 and a half hours (when we live less than 5km from the funeral home) for the transportation company to arrive to pick up the body. When I mentioned this to the funeral director, they did say that the paging company is the one to blame for this delay. Very disappointing and frustrating when we've got enough on our mind.
