I worked with Amy at advantage personnel, she offered amazing support through my change of career during the pandemic. She helped me find an administrative job after having worked in the restaurant industry 10+ years. Resourceful, pleasant and always there to help with any concerns or issues - she was exactly what I needed and she believed in me. I have left the agency as a satisfied client for a new opportunity and they were nothing but happy for my success. I would 100% recommend this agency!

Horrific. Online add hid the fact they were a staffing agency and was written for a specific job. Emailed me offering me a position on their team, used deceptive language making it sound like I was being called in for an interview. Arrived, there was no interview, just a contract to fill out with SIN number ect. They wanted me to sign the employment contract before hearing any details about them or their company, and before interviewing me. That was the major red flag for me.When I refused, they tried to bully me into staying and giving them the personal info, then became aggressive when I refused. They tried to make me sound unreasonable for wanting clarification, and for being confused by what was going on.I asked twice before for clarification as to what they were trying to employ me for, both times they said Fill out the personal info document/contract first then we will interview you."Oh yeah

This is a NO NO place to go to... not only they will match you with the worst job that's beneath your qualifications, they will also mess up your T4. Even YEARS after you ended the contract.Neither the agents nor the branch manager will resolve any of your concerns. My suggestion is to call CRA for the complaint if you see anything sketchy in your T4. You do not want to commit any tax implications.Now that I have my own growing business, I will never hire this company to look for people. EXCEL HR and TURTLE STAFFING does a much better job at it.

They were able to get me a job pretty much instantly. The staff member, Amy is really kind and helpful with all my inquiries and quickly solved minor complaints I had.

Been with them for couple years. Management has changed over time.Fake promises all the time.Had to check my pay for missing hours and missing hourly wage.I do Not recommend going with this agency.
