Completely useless company...Wait on hold for over half an hour in freezing winter temps to even speak to a roadside agentWoman was useless.. had to repeat my phone number 5 timesShe even repeated it back to me and then 2 seconds later ask me for it again....She was ignorant to transfer me first second she could to gm roadside saying my vehicle was under warranty when no it isnt. Its well beyond the warranty but the ignorant agent blows me off and transferred me before i could even speak to say this.Now i am waiting over an hour in the freezing cold and still not even close to having a tow truck even dispatched thanks to this idiot.

After initial interview, they never responded. Even though I didn't get the job, they should have courtesy to send an email saying you were not selected. Bad culture

ARI is the worst fleet service card I have had. In the 30 yrears of fleet cards I have used ARI is the worst.Oil changes and general maintance takes for ever to get approved. God help you if for some unfortunate reason your stuck on the road it takes 2 to 3 hrs for emergency services.Dont use ARI shop around for another fleet card.Ps. Still the same problem, nothing changes. ARI is useless
