Maritime Inn Antigonish
Was in town for a wedding from June 22-26th.Rooms were great and kept clean. The food and service in the restaurant was great and you can not beat this location- 5 minutes from the heart of Antigonish. Will happily book this hotel again next time in town.

Great place if you are wanting to stay close to the town centre. You can walk to anywhere you need from here!The rooms are spacious, and thoughtful. The staff are hospitality rockstars!The restaurant is always a treat, with a few plates for every palette, and some unique treats!

Maritime Inn Antigonish
Stayed at the maratime inn for a few days for work and couldn't have felt more at home. The staff were amazing and service was great. Rooms were exceptionally clean and a great size. The main street cafe is attached to the hotel and a free breakfast is available for anyone who stayed the night in the hotel. Overall one of the best hotels I've stayed at and cleary a spot that truly values its customers.

Room was not particularly clean. Towels are stored right above the toilets. No elevator going up to the second floor (and we had luggage). Shower drain was clogged. Carpet was severely worn and dated everywhere. Breakfast - coffee was pretty much undrinkable. Overall - no plans to be back...PS - In response to the comment - No mix-up. We were there on a Monday in May. This was simply our honest review with comments from two of us about the place. Sorry but this was our assessment of the place we stayed at. We paid $165.

We only ate at the restaurant but the experience wasn't that great. The food was good, but the water glasses were not cleaned properly, and the service was average at best. It felt like we were forgotten about a couple of times.

Stayed overnight in June during a road trip. Good-value hotel. Our room was a decent size, well-kept, clean and modern. Be aware that there is no elevator, so you'll be hoisting your luggage up a narrow staircase if you're in an upper room. We got a breakfast voucher for the restaurant at the site, which covered most of the cost of our breakfast. The food and service in the restaurant were okay. Convenient location, easily walkable to anything in the small downtown core. Parking was breezy.

We only enjoyed the restaurant, the service was excellent, the beer was cold. The food left a lot to be desired, although it was a good meal it wasn't quite as high of quality as I expected. Dollar value was right on par as far as portion and taste go, it just didn't leave me thinking that I would like to go back.

An older property downtown Antigonish that has been maintained with an excellent restaurant! Rooms are clean, beds very comfortable..and, when there is a power outage..downtown quadrant was impacted..flashlights provided.The complimentary breakfast is from restaurant menu..delicious..the best food ever. Location..walking distance to unique shops and other eating establishments. Mind you..due to no power, we were only able to view". Would definitely stay here again if opportunity presents itself. I just hope that Hurricane Fiona didn't cause too much..if any damage. Stayed here Sept. 14/22."
