Aj & Dillon made our wedding dreams come true. They were responsive, flexible and always professional. My husband and I fell in love with the place. The venue itself is stunning and really speaks for itself. We are so happy its where we ended up getting married. At our wedding, every guest shared not only congratulations but compliments about the venue. We absolutely love everything about The White Poplar & would definitely recommend it!

Had our wedding at White Poplar this May, and it was absolutely perfect! From our first walk through of the venue we immediately noticed how passionate AJ and Dillon are of this place, and they were so so helpful all the way through! One of the biggest compliments of our wedding was about the venue; we had guests playing lawn games all night, guests filled on the dance floor and some guests mingling by the fire pit. There was something for everyone to enjoy. Everyone had a blast. Whether you are considering this venue or not, just go check it out. It is so worth it!Stunning, simple, elegant; this space is a beautiful blank canvas that can be decorated so many ways!!

Beautiful new venue in Manitoba! There were a lot of mosquitoes at the wedding, but where aren’t there mosquitoes during a rainy summer in Winnipeg/Manitoba?The venue was gorgeous! Service was fantastic! All in all a great place!

We had the most incredible experience at The White Poplar for our wedding this past weekend! AJ was amazing, so helpful and quick to respond to any and all questions we had (and there were a lot of them haha). She and Dillon worked beautifully with our wedding coordinator to set everything up for the day and everything turned out perfectly! We got SO many compliments from our guests about how spectacular the venue was. AJ and Dillon literally thought of everything when they created this space: the most beautiful “bridal suite” tons of outlets and mirrors for hair/makeup, a loft with a separate entrance as a second spaces for everyone to get ready in (both spaces were complete with mini fridges and spaces to put everything), really high hooks to hang long dresses from, a steamer onsite, heaters if it gets cold, and so many things included with the rental like lawn games and twinkle lights. It was 1000% worth the drive from Winnipeg to have our wedding here, we cannot recommend The White Poplar enough.

My team from EE Media Productions and I have filmed several weddings here the past few years. We always have a 10/10 experience every time we film here. The outdoor greenery is well maintained and vibrant and the actual venue itself is quite spacious and is perfect for any outdoor wedding! I am excited to film here again!!!

Such a beautiful venue! The owners AJ & Dillion are so wonderful to work with and are always working hard making sure things are running perfectly for their guests! I look forward to photographing another wedding at their venue in the near future.

*** MUST BOOK - TOP NOTCH RUSTIC VENUE ***was here working a wedding, taking videos for a client recently, this place is about 45 minute drive out from Winnipeg but definitely worth it!It's literally off the highway you can't miss it, it's a short dirt road that leads straight to the parking lot.PROS• venue is gorgeous & can fit easily 400+ people• outdoors is gorgeous & the indoor portion is beautiful as welll• staff is so helpful & kind!CONS• none at the moment, either than it is far, but worth it.

As a wedding photographer, I get the opportunity to shoot at dozens of venues every year. AJ & Dillon have a SPECTACULAR venue that is easily one of my faves to photograph. They run their venue seamlessly and it's so easy to work with them & their staff! With so many stunning & picturesque spots around the property, it's pretty hard to go wrong here. I 10/10 recommend The White Poplar over and over and am always beyond thrilled to receive an inquiry that has their venue booked for their wedding day!

When I first came across this venue while researching places to get married. I knew instantly this was were we (my husband and I) were going to have our wedding. We primarily communicated with AJ, she was easy to talk with, very professional, responsive, incredibly helpful, and accommodating. AJ and Dillon truly put their heart and soul into this space. We got so many compliments from our guests on this venue, mostly on how beautiful it is. When we told our vendors that our wedding was taking place at The White Poplar they all viewed it in positive regard. We highly recommend The White Poplar!

AJ & Dillon were the greatest hosts! We ended up booking the White Poplar last minute as our original venue fell through due to COVID. They were so accommodating and responsive. They have everything you need there, the tables and chairs are beautiful and even when you're under the large canopy structure it still feels like you're outside. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and best of all, it's dog friendly!
