A business shouldn't indicate they are open until 5 pm if they are not going to stay open until 5 pm. Twice I rushed downtown after work looking to get my ring cut and repaired and twice I was met with a locked door although I was there well before 5 pm. My business has gone elsewhere.

Had wonderful assistance in getting an engagement ring made! The people that helped me were super helpful and even fast tracked the ring to make sure it was ready in time. Got a beautifully made ring!

Went to the store with daughter's boyfriend to fix the engagement ring which found gap between stones on one side of the band. Also one side of the band was being dipped to cover a stratch and made very noticeable marks on the surface. Brought the ring back and being told will be fixed. When picked up the ring after 3-4 weeks. Stones on one side is not aligned but yet the gap is being covered. Instead of polishing and smooth the surface, the other side of the band was carved with lines to make it looks like the same way. One can notice the defects on the surface, shape of the ring is not even and chipped without a magnifier. Very disappointed for the quality of a new ring band.

We went in to JedCo to get wedding bands at the end of August 2022, and to get the setting of my 14kt gold engagement ring modified to sit flush against the wedding band (which I was told would not be a problem at all despite it not being made from them).They told us that we'd receive an email with a quote in a few days, but it took two weeks with no word and a follow-up from me before we received a response. We were also told they would absolutely not cut into my engagement ring or make any changes until after I received a wax model so I could approve it and give them the go ahead. After 5.5 weeks of waiting with no word, I followed up yet again and was told the rings were ready and just needed to be polished. We were very shocked to find out that they would change my ring without first informing us.They also had to add extra gold to my engagement ring to complete the new setting, however it did not end up matching the wedding band created, and the rings were not stamped with the gold used to make them indicating the karat. The lack of communication was really dissapointing.With all that being said, the rings turned out well. However in the future, please communicate more with customers.

I took a family ring in to be redesigned and was quoted a price, when I went in to pay the price had gone up. When I picked up the remainder of my ring the extra gold was missing. Had to request it to be returned. Silly me had another diamond set by them and funny, had a quote, when I went in to pick it up , the price had doubled. . Had an appraisal done at Jedco and then went to another reputable jeweler for one as well. The ring is worth half of what Jedco appraised it for. Called to clarify this and am still waiting to hear. Weeks have gone by. My recommendation, spend your money somewhere else.

Easily the best experience I have had shopping and looking for any jewelry!!! I had gone to all the other shops and everyone felt pushy..... Jerry took the time to explain the massive long term differences between artisan and real diamonds. He waited for my opinion on what I wanted, and then gave his professional advice. I can tell you for a fact I will NOT shop anywhere else! You have a longer term client in me Jerry!

I can't recommend Jedco enough! My now fiancé and I spent the last several months having an engagement ring custom made by them. Jerry gave really good, honest feedback and used his expertise to make sure I got what I envisioned, while still making sure it would withstand the use I wanted from it. (For example making the ring practical/more durable for everyday wear - so opal/sapphire turned to diamond, sterling silver turned to white gold, accent work was made decorative instead of structural, etc.)Jerry and Sonita kept in regular contact with me and I was invited back to the store to see in person when progress was made. I got to hold/inspect the stones as I chose from a selection of them, and saw many different examples. I was also encouraged to take lots of pictures so I could refer back and see if my opinions stayed the same after a few days. I felt like I was given a lot of options and opportunities to voice my thoughts and ask questions. They also created a 3D wax model before they poured the gold, so I got a good idea of what the ring would look like before committing to the design.I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It’s clear they take pride in what they create and care about what the customer wants. I didn’t feel pressured at all, and any advice was clearly given with the intent of creating a piece that will last and I could be happy with. I feel like if I had gone to another jewelry store, I wouldn’t have been able to get what I want to the same extent, and would be left with a ring with missing/cracked stones within a few years. My ring turned out perfectly and I feel confident I can wear it for years to come with no need to worry. I appreciate all the help I received over the last several months and am so happy we went to Jedco. Thank you!

From walking in the door to the final purchase and now subsequent purchases we have been greeted warmly and were provided with one of the best customer experiences we have ever had. My fiancé and I were were looking for an engagement ring and Jerry was our representative (also owner). This is truly a man that is proud of what he offers and stands behind his product. Rather than focusing on having us walk out the door with a diamond he was focused on ensuring we had full confidence in our purchase regardless of whether we bought from him. If you haven’t done your research before buying a diamond, it can be easy to be taken advantage of. Jerry not only acknowledged this, but actively sought to dispel this stigma and spent a large amount of time educating the uneducated. Equipped with this new found knowledge, I found the perfect stone. When making a purchase this significant it matters all the more to feel that you made the right one. Jerry and the staff at Jedco exceeded my expectations.

I have been a Jedco customer for over 20 years. They've helped design and build jewellery for me many times, and I've always been completely satisfied with the experience. When I needed an engagement ring, they let me select the diamond and built the custom band. They let me select the diamonds to use for anniversary earrings and then built them from scratch for me. When I wanted a custom ring for myself, they helped me select the stones, and 10 years later, I still love that ring. Makes me happy every time I see it. Custom ammolite ring? No problem. Now, later in life, they are helping me with the celebration of significant milestones from a distance. Jerry and the team have always been a joy. They take the time to make sure you are happy, and stand behind their work. When I need something special - the first and last name I think of, is Jedco.

I had a great experience with Jerry and team. Even though I live in Calgary, they were prompt and provided me information during the whole process and I never felt like I was disconnected. When I received the engagement ring I was floored - they incorporated everything I asked for and then some.
