I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by your company and all of your staff and technicians. I had company staying with me for a couple of weeks with their 1 dog and 2 cats. When they finally left, I found my carpeting and furniture soiled with pet urine. Not only was it soiled but it had an odour. I called your company and the quality of service support that I had received was unbelievable. I explained the situation that I was faced with and made an appointment for evaluation and quote. When your technician came, observed all the soiled areas that I could not clean on my own and told me not to worry. He not only cleaned my carpets and furniture but he also deodorized and sanitized all my carpeting. The ability to provide the resolution quickly exceeded my expectations.I really commend the prompt service provided by this company, I was also advised on how to get rid of small stains quickly so it does not penetrate through all the fibers of the carpeting. I am really pleased with the knowledge and skills of your staff. Great service makes your customers feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just making a sale.Once again, thank you so much for all of your help.
