We are absolutely thrilled with the quality of work and friendly customer service that Wizard Screens provided. We had a custom retractable screen door installed, as well as many screens on our windows throughout the house. John has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. He even came back and helped us out with a problem with our skylight screen that he didn't even install. He went above and beyond! Could not recommend John and Wizard Screens enough.

I was most satisfied with the work John did to install a Wizard screen door on our deck in Victoria. The job required some creative adjustments from what specs had been provided in order for the installation to fit properly, and John was able to solve that problem quickly with some trimming for a perfect fit. While he was on-site we shared another issue with him concerning a need to stop a deck door from swinging in the wind, and he cut a well-sized door stop for us on the spot free of charge. John was very competent, courteous, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.

John came over to do our front door screen installation and he was so friendly right from the start. He worked quickly and explained everything to me. We were quoted a different price than the invoice he was sent over with and he took the time to call and get it fixed. We love our new screen door and are so happy with the service we got from John! We would highly recommend him and Wizard Screens in Victoria.

Wizard screens & more recently installed 5 window screens and a sliding screen door in my house and I couldn't be happier with their work! They helped us choose the best mesh for our needs and we had custom screens within two weeks of first calling. James was super helpful and had everything installed in under 40 minutes. I found Wizard Screens to be a fast and reliable service. Our technician John was friendly, informative, experienced and always on time. If he was running early, he'd call to make sure we were available. We had our patio sliding screen replaced with pet mesh and a window screen added to a bathroom..........and the measuring, estimate and installation all done within 4 days. I was advised that Wizard screen was the best place for a patio door screen door replacement, called them toward the end of the end of May, they said some one would be out next week to measure the door fine was told I would receive an invoice in an email fine so I waited for over a week, nothing I called to see what the progress was none ! they said I had to make a 50 percent deposit first OK so I missed that on the PDF and was not told when the chap measured up?. Decided to pay the whole amount to the tune of $222.28Waited over another week and called again to be told I had not paid and they had not even started the order I insisted they gave it ready the next day I would pick up, when I got to the store in Victoria from Sooke employee told me to go away as they were having a staff meeting, well what lousy customer service finally someone came out with the door.I fitted the door and right away I could see it did not fit about 1” too wide with an ugly black rubber seal showing and rough-cut corners, called again got a service rep out couple of days later who said it was the wrong door for a vinyl patio and made it seem as if it was my fault, why hadn’t the fist guy who measured said something. told them to take it back and give me a rebate. Will never deal with these people again.

Just had a retractable awning installed, love it!! Great company, great staff to deal with. Billie, James and owner Raymond will a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Wizard Victoria are professional and courteous. They offer many products and services. I had a new, custom fit, sliding screen done for my patio. John came out, gave me a free quote and came back and installed my quality screen within two weeks. I love that they are local. I received prompt, individual customer service! Highly recommended!

Amazing customer service! James was on time, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I had requested a quote on retractable screens and he took the time to explain exactly how they would be installed and show me the products they use. Even made some adjustments to my existing sliding screens so they would work properly while I await my new retractables! Definitely went over and above to provide a positive customer experience!
