Served store bought packet gravy absolutely unbelievable. Will never return. Also no AC with 36C heat. I feel sorry for the employees.

Well my brothers chicken is shaped like a pen1s and it taste terrible and took so long to get it from the drive thru. And customer service is terrible they didn’t even talk to us.

I went here a few days ago at around 6 pm. The drive thru said that they close at 7:30 pm. But, when I got to the drive thru window, I got an automated message that said KFC was closed. So I therefore wasted my time driving there. ADVERTISE YOUR HOURS CORRECTLY!

The place was not that busy at the time. I ordered over $100.00 worth of KFC, not including any beverages. They had no spicey extra chrispy. The chicken was very oily, and the corn looked and tasted old. Nobody would even eat the corn. The server cheaped out on the fries since the boxes were only half full .

100% the worse fast food / restaurant in Canada , crack houses are cleaner inside. The staff is absolutely miserable and if you are desperate enough to eat this food expect to spend your night on the toilet praying to your god for help. SOMEONE CALL THE HEALTH INSPECTOR-ZERO STARS

I am OUTRAGED. I was at this kfc/taco bell drive through with my pet chicken to get some taco bell. we were getting some treats and he was in there front seat with me. when i pull up to the window, the staff starts yelling saying that i took one of their chickens so they were short on the meat that day. one staff member in particular GOT IN MY CAR and took him. At this point I am yelling because i thought they were joking at first. I can’t believe they would even do that. I returned later that day, and they showed me a picture of him. This location has KFC and Taco Bell together. Worst service and environment, wrong order. Took 10 min for someone to take an order. Then waited 20 minutes for our 7 bean tacos that was all wrong. It was all beef. No one even comes to the front till for 10 minutes at a time. Why even give afranchise location here if you can serve!My family left extremely upset.

very disappointed wish i didnt waste my money. go to popeyes, theyve always been nice and have good chicken. KFC were rude, made me repeat my order 5 times, and gave me cold, stale, dry chicken AND fries. i couldve made myself food while on cocaine and done a better damn job. lady at drivethru gave me weird looks and judgy, and seemed to have a temper as if she did a good enough job to even deserve minimum wage. greatly disappointed NEVER GO HERE

Went through the drive through, Lady taking my order was rude as hell. Never let me finish my order and told me to go up without me finishing. Very Bad costumer service.
