Highly recommend!! We needed our breaks replaced while on holidays, Trevor gave us a true quote and stuck to it when the work was done. His front desk lady was great, gave us all the info for us to make an informed decision about the work, no pressure. We were also told that any work done would be guaranteed by any other Napa auto parts location across Canada! Highly recommend!! Thank you Honest T for living up to your name!

We broke down in Sechelt on our way back from vacation and despite the garage been closed, when we pulled in on a Friday night, Trevor was kind enough to inspect our brakes, diagnose the problem, and make a repair to get us on the way, so we did not have to spend a weekend in a hotel. He did this with a straight up approach and extremely fair pricing. Its in the name.... Honest T Repairs is for real. Extremely nice people, would highly recommend them.

My car broke down while I was camping on the Sunshine coast. I was with my sister and little kids stuck on the camping site, very anxious about how I am going to go jback to Vancouver the next day. The Honest T was the only mechanic shop that accepted to take my car even though they did not have available time to fix it. I left my car with them and took transit and ferry back to Vancouver. While still on the ferry Alison cold me to tell me that they managed to test my car, and that the transmission is gone. Since they do not repair transmissions she suggested to find someone else. I was very anxious since I could not find a mechanic on the Sunshine Coast that will take my car and let it sit on their property until they get time to fix it. My car is year 2001, the ferry cost over $700 and I almost decided to give my car to the scrap yard.Alison from the Honest T, was very compassionate, and she allowed me to keep my car on their property until I find solution. She also advised me what she would do if she were in my position, and I am very grateful for that. I followed her advice and I am happy that everything worked out. Thank you Alison and the Honest T. The name of your business describes you the well. You gave more than regular service.

Extremely grateful to the owners (I assume they're a couple) for their time, generosity, honesty, and humour.I drove my low-based car through a big rock on the Sechelt highway (it was in the middle of the lane, couldn't avoid it in time), and pieces of the engine cover came loose -- we ripped off a couple pieces on the road, but I wanted to get it checked to make sure nothing major was amiss.The lady told me they didn't have any available appointments (I got there around 12:30 and they close at 2pm) but asked Trevor to take a quick test drive for me. He did that, but he also went ahead to lift my car, remove leftover pieces, and advise me that a replacement cover is not necessary. And after 10-15 minutes, they didn't even charge me!

Best experience with a car repair company ever! So knowledgeable, fairly priced and incredibly friendly. I feel so lucky to have them in our community!

These people are the real deal! Trevor is such a great mechanic in the way he explains everything he is doing and why! Allison is a breath away from actually being a mechanic herself with a wealth of knowledge! They go out of their way to be helpful and are truly nice people while all the while professional to the letter! So happy to have found such an awesome place to deal with for all my automotive needs!

Our experience here was short and sweet. We noticed a funny noise from our car and feared the worst. The woman working here (I unfortunately didn’t catch her name) helped us out and saved our trip last minute. Great people from our short encounter with them!
