Absolutely the best fishing i have ever done!! But the best part of being there was how accommodating the family was they make sure you are100% comfortable.Our guide Cory was the best guide I've ever had ,he made sure we were on the fish all day and when we needed to have a break from fishing he brought us sight seeing .Just got back and already planning for our next trip there.

Bruce, Miriam, And family were wonderful hosts. Great food, nice accommodations. Super nice people.The one afternoon we spent fishing was the best 3 hours of fishing I’ve ever had.However, the four stars instead of 5 was we went for moose hunting. Four and a half days of hard hunting and didn’t see a moose.I get it’s hunting but when plan A, B and C didn’t produce any sightings, they seemed a bit lost on what to do.Also in consideration is they are relatively new at the moose thing.Would have easily been five stars had I even had an opportunity to see a moose. This was probably once and done for me on moose so a bit disappointed. .

Wow….we had a outstanding 4 days of fishing at WFO. Great cabin and facilities…..super clean…operating family was friendly and extremely attentive…..Brandon was our guide for two of the days he was so outstanding we booked him for a 3rd day. Expert guide with impeccable lake knowledge…. Great with our experienced and more novice fisherman…put together a great shore lunch. WFO is first class all the way. We caught several pike over 40 inches and over a dozen in the mid to upper 30s. Over 300 fish. Multiple walleye and lake trout as well. Truly a trip of a life time.

It's been 2years since we last went but I can't help but think about going back again soon. Back to back years were the two best times fishing i've ever had and the staff were great. I would recommend flying as the drive is long..... very long.... highly recommended.

Epic place to stay and fish from. Rode my bike here and it was quite the adventure. Also caught my biggest fish ever! Great hosts and facilities. The camp is awesome!

I had my bachelor party on this lake and have returned 3 years in a row since. Bruce and his family are some of the best people I have ever met. I'm lost for words when it comes to describing the fishing. Year after year I beat old records. Already booked for next year.

Booked our stay to get in a little R&R and we can’t say enough how amazing of a week we had. The owners & staff truly care about theirs guests, the food is absolutely delicious and the cabins were very clean and cozy. Had a blast catching lots of fish on our guided fishing service. Can’t wait to book with them again.

Group of 4 in the rustic cabins was fabulous for 3 full days of fishing. Boats were great. About 200 fish caught, many over 30 inches and some over 40 inches. Owners were fantastic and very polite/ helpful. Looking forward to returning soon.

What a great place. This was my third time here and every time I have been here, everyone in the group has caught at least a 40 inch northern pike. The food is great and the host are even better. This time we cooked for ourselves and had a ball. The boats are top of the line 25horse boats with a fighting deck, live well and depth finder. Loved the boats. Even my 13 year old son caught a 42 inched. We are coming back next year for the fishing/bear hunt combo.

What a great camp and fishing experience! The Jacobs family is friendly, warm and welcoming. The camp, boats and cabins are clean and well looked after. I highly recommend taking a trip up there. I’ve been there for a guys fishing trip and a family fishing trip, both were excellent!
