What a wonderful experience working with Reham at Robinson Lighting & Bath Showroom! We just completed a main floor renovation and Reham's sound advice with respect to our kitchen, powder room and lighting was very helpful and made our project run just that much smoother. A+ customer service and I would highly recommend working with Reham!

I received great service by Reham at the Burington store. I was having trouble finding and ordering colour-coordinating faucets, hardware and lighting for 2 bathroom reno's and she was great help in ordering the right items and providing me with timely delivery updates. At one point she was on a call with the contractor who was having trouble roughing-in a shower head valve - and talked him through all the steps! I highly recommend Reham !

We're building a custom home, and have purchased all of our light fixtures (interior and exterior) from Robinson. Susan was our consultant, and she understood our tastes and budget very clearly. She always takes the time to work through the details with you, so you get exactly what you want. She has tremendous knowledge across many brands, and it was so nice to work with her. Everyone is always very helpful and kind at this store. Kudos to Karen (manager) and her great team!

Great store and fantastic customer service. We renovated our primary bathroom and cannot say enough about Reham. She explained the different products and what would work for us. We are now renovating our main bathroom with new lightening. Reham is our go to person at Robinson’s.

Absolute ROCKSTARS! From the moment you walk in you feel like family and they are very welcoming. We are currently doing a large reno (much harder when doing your own home vs a clients LOL) and they have been amazing every step of the way. Chris and Reham were a huge help in the bath dept with ensuring we and all of the correct components etc and that everything went together well. Rody in the lighting dept went far above and beyond to help us understand how something as simple a different light bulb in a fixture can make which helped us solve what we thought was going to be impossible (and probably saved our relationship LOL). Karne the general manager has been a huge help and resource help things all come together and is absolute top shelf when it comes to customer relations. I am happy to say that all in one stop shopping we were able to find everything we needed for all of lighting and bathroom needs and can't wait to see it all come together! I am happy to reccomend any of my friends, family and clients (I own Aura Landscaping and Design Group) because I know they will be well taken care of!

My husband and I moved an expensive chandelier across the Country. After paying a contractor to move the electric box and hang the light we realized it no longer worked. While in Robinson shopping for light fixtures, my husband told Yuri about the chandelier. Yuri was very knowledgeable and suggested it could be repaired by ordering a new driver. He offered to take a look if we brought it in to the store, so we did.Yuri determined the problem was a damaged wire and fixed it on the spot. Amazing service, thank you Yuri!!!
