Amazing clinic. The staff are so friendly and always take their time explaining things to me. They are also great at following up after check ups and procedures. They also took so much time and showered my dogs with so much love, that they both enjoy going for check ups. Norman especially loves the treats at reception. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Dr. Mimi Erlich is progressive and communicative. She felt like an old friend during our vet appointment. My cat is lucky to get the level of treatment and care today. Update: I used the gabapentin and finally had a simple anxiety free nail cutting experience with my first cat, phew!

Literally the BEST vets ever. I live in Toronto and still drive back to Ajax to have them take care of my dog. Vee is always so well taken care of there and they answer all my crazy fur-mommy questions without making me feel bad for asking them. Dr Barnes has always been so gentle with my boy. Id recommend them anytime!

I’ve been taking my cat here for 5 years. The vets and staff are wonderful. Very organized and professional. My cat has some anxiety issues and going to the vet is not his favourite thing to do but they have given me some great tips and work with Marley so that he has a successful visit.

The secretaries all know us as soon as we give our name and my chocolate lab loves his vet, he always gives her big smiles every visit! We always ask for and get our same vet, she knows him very well. We are very happy with their services

I started out at a different vet. But switched to this vet. After I had a really bad experience with my other Vet. One that I didn’t want to repeat with my new puppy. And I am so happy I did they go above and beyond. Amazing helpful polite. Professional. I can not tell you what a difference a Amazing difference a caring great vet makesMy dog is my best friend. And to walk into this wonderful vet that Care about You and your Animals is such a peaceful joy. It’s all about Caring. For your animals. The best vet hospital I have been to. They were so kind and friendly. Our dog met with a big accident. We went there and they operated on him and stayed with him after hours and made sure he was okay. They took good care of him. The price was very reasonable too. They called us the next day and asked how our dog was doing. Me and my family really appreciate the effort and the kindness of each and every staff member.
