Not impressed with the quality of service. They'll get the job done eventually, but don't expect your calls to be returned quickly. The technicians will just show up randomly with no planning.

I was really disappointed, got someone for a quote really quick for fixing damaged windows screens, baseman window, a glass staircase, the guy took my windows screens to fix them and that was supposed to take less than a week and be delivered back. Had to call after 10 days after, the woman who answered this not found my name anywhere, finally the guy who came to my house called back and asked me to pick them up, I was not able to do so , so finally he delivered them. Almost a month and still no quote for the window and the staircase...

Had a few things cut for our new house. Very quick service and also were able to help with some questions. Was able to drop off a mirror and had it cut while we waited.

Very bad company! After waiting four months and making a 50% deposit on a glass backsplash for my kitchen, it arrived but was not the right size and the paint was missing on two of the panels. This is the second time they have made a mistake like this and it's impossible to get your money back as they outsource the work to a supplier so if you try to cancel your order they ask you for a further payment to stop your order. In addition, they scratched my wooden countertop when trying to position the glass against my wall to see if it would fit. I am very upset and now trying to raise a dispute with my credit card company. After four months I would expect perfection, not imperfection and damage to my countertop.

The Patio door saga. After our first contact to send a technician to measure the glass a technician will show up, but you don't know when. It took 2 technicians, 2 visits to measure the glass for replacement in our patio door due to fogging. Then another 2 visits to install the windows, miss align the patio doors and break the framing and cover is up with white caulking. After several calls with the service department and false promises about replacement etc. they could not do anything because the size of the windows was not 'standard'. We are now living with a miss-aligned patio door with cracks covered in white caulking. At least the windows are not fogged anymore. Thanks for nothing Vitrerie Vision 2000 !

They do not honor their quotes.I am a contractor that received an estimate from vision 2000, and sold the job to my customer based on the estimate provided. once i wanted them to go ahead and do the work the estimate changed by over $1000.00.

Worse service I ever received in my entire life. I have been trying to order a thermo glass replacement since last June 2020. At first no one called me back, then when I went to the store they had a guy come out and measure the glass. The glass was measured but arrived too big. They sent a person to re-take the measurements. The person saw that the plastic frame was broken but didn't order it. Almost a year later still waiting for my thermo replacement. Have the glass but no plastic frame. I would recommend this company if you love a lack of professionalism and have time to waist in your life.

web site says they open at 7:30 AM but when you call it says they are closed. Apart from that the service is great.
