Refresh Inn & Suites

My sister stayed here when my mother was in the hospital across the street. It was a really convenient place for her to stay. She really appreciated her very large room and all the amenities in the room. She also appreciated the big kitchen and all the options for what was the available for for example potential meals. She liked the breakfast but she noticed that there were lots of people pocketing breakfast items. So there are people taking advantage of all the the muffins and so on that are there. I suppose people will do that everywhere. So all in all my sister had a really good experience here. And it was nice that there was a parking space available.

I went to check in early and couldn't. I left my bag at the front. Someone went through my bag and used my laptop, and did a e transfer from my bank #. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone! Someone in there is a thief.

it was cool, happy that there was a kitchen that I could make my food in, the people at the front were nice but the house keeping.. 1 of the ladies we’re a little rude to my mom lmfao but it’s alright I had a good stay here, recommend

We stayed overnight following abdominal day surgery at RUH as it is across the street from the Universary Hosoital. Our Room was quiet very clean, and comfortable. We needed a two bed room so I could rest quietly, so got a double-full" with two double beds It was tight with my walker and being disabled but was very adequate. Continental breakfast and WIFI is included. They carry frozen TV dinners and other food items to purchase

Staff was rude and the owner admitted to imposing rules specifically for us, despite no previous issues. Even if everything was paid, they didn't seem to mind stressing out my wife regardless of her high risk pregnancy and almost out her into labor. Avoid at all costs

The staff is incredible - very helpful and friendly. Location is great if you have a hospital stay at the university hospital, and is close to downtown. The common area kitchen is very well equipped, and everything is very clean and well kept in the rooms.Definitely a hidden gem in Saskatoon. I'll be staying here any time I have business in Saskatoon. Very impressed!

Excellent and friendly staff. The rooms were very clean. We had a minor confusion (Lasted about 30 seconds) the first night and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that It was resolved. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who asks. Proximity to RUH was our reason for coming in and it was nice being able to walk across the road to get to the hospital.

I stayed 11 nights in this place. It is very clean and quiet. Also, the staff are very nice, polite and helpful. The kitchen is particularly amazing place to have a free breakfast or prepare your own meals.It has a great location as it is only a few minutes walking to the university, Royal hospital and downtown. Keep it up!

An unusual little hotel. There are apparently recovering hospital patients staying here, so there were more extensive health precautions that I've seen at other places. Also more security. The room was clean but basic.
