Outstanding,efficient service by a capable and confident professional. Repairs were explained and price was very reasonable. Also had opportunity to meet with pleasant family members who lived nearby.

Malcolm came to our rescue when our water heater failed at Christmas. Even though he was on holiday when we called he made time to give me advice on which hot water heater would work best for us and what parts we might need to prepare for the install of our new tank. When he arrived we found him very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He was well stocked with all the parts and tools needed to complete a job like ours. He explained each step of the job to me as I watched and helped. He double checked his work and even went back to make a couple of adjustments so they would function best for us. We are thrilled to have hot water again and we were very pleased with Malcolm and Shuswap Water Service! Thank you very much!
