Wow! We just had our bed delivered from DreamWood and it is beautiful! Ron was very knowledgeable and helped us to pick the perfect bed for our master bedroom. They were also able to match the colour of the bed to our current night stands and it looks amazing! What a difference a good qualify piece of furniture makes. My wife says it feels like we are staying a high-end hotel now! Thank you DreamWood - we will definitely be back!

We had Ron order a TV/entertainment centre and had it delivered to London. It looks amazing in our familyroom and is exactly what we wanted. We appreciated Ron’s expertise and advice and will not hesitate to recommend him to our friends!

As noted by others, when Ron makes a mistake, he does not care to what extent the client is inconvenienced or how much expense they must bear as a result. I don't expect people to be perfect, but I do expect them to fix their mistakes at their OWN expense and inconvenience!We live 2.5 hours away and the delivery fee for our custom bed was very high, so since it was COVID and we didn't have a lot to do we drove the 5 hours return-trip to pick it up ourselves. Unfortunately, Ron did not check the order before calling us to pick up, and only when we got home did we notice a very obvious error. Ron immediately acknowledged the error, but did not offer to pick the merchandise up (it wasn't even the entire bed, just the rails needed to be fixed). Instead, we had to drive three hours return trip to meet him on his way to the showroom from his house. Then we had to wait another month because the carpenter who made the oversight was not willing to pick up his mistake and Ron was not willing to drop it off to him at his workshop. And then we had to drive the 5 hours round-trip AGAIN to the showroom to pick it up. So overall, Ron's error, which could have so easily been avoided if he had just taken 10 seconds to check the merchandise before telling us it was ready for pickup, cost us 8 hours of driving and approximately $150 in gas.Do not buy from this guy, he does not know the meaning of customer service"."

I have had several pieces of furniture made by Dreamwood. A bathroom vanity, dining room chairs and a bench for my foyer. I have been thrilled with all the pieces. All were well-built and have stood the test of time. I will definitely order from Ron at Dreamwood again. He was wonderful to deal with and very professional. I would highly recommend his company and I cannot wait to order my next piece of furniture.

After waiting 8 weeks, and with the sales lady promising that she would put a rush on our order, my bedroom set finally arrived yesterday. We were promised that they would set up our new bed, only to have the wrong size bed slats included. We only live 15 minutes away from the store and they did NOTHING. They asked if I would cut them to size... After spending more than $7,300 on a bedroom set... Are you kidding me? BTW, we had to pay in full prior to receiving the furniture or seeing it. That will never happen again... and when my wife called the store to complain, they said they would give us a $200 credit towards another purchase. A credit? What about a refund of some sort? Now we have to wait to Wednesday to see if someone shows up to fix our over valued bed. Will keep you posted... Not happy at all...

We purchased a buffet and hutch for our dining room, plus 10 chairs (spending over $10 000). Suzanne, our sales rep was AMAZING and everything arrived on time. However, during delivery the delivery guys banged it on our dining room table causing a little scratch right on the front, in which they laughed at me for suggesting they did this while me and my husband were standing right there watching it happen. No big deal, it was just a little scratch, everything looked beautiful anyways. I relayed this back to Ron (the owner), at which he was thankful for my sharing of the story but didn't offer any compensation. Next, one of the shelves in the hutch was crooked so the glass shelf didn't sit properly on it. Ron came over and tried to fix it which was really nice. At the end he offered us $200 store credit in lieu of fixing it properly (we simply put a felt pad under the glass to level it out rather than him taking it back and re-doing everything). We immediately took him up on the offer because when we paid the final balance we inquired about having dreamwood finish a table pedestal for us which would've cost $200 plus tax. Instead we simply purchased stain that matched the buffet for $100 and would do it ourselves. So when Ron offered us the $200 credit I gave him back the stain (WHICH HAD BEEN PAID FOR ALREADY) to even out the credit. Everything seemed fine. Finally, while waiting for the pedestal to be completed, our lights in the buffet turned into strobe lights and constantly flickered when powered on. Again, only when we came to pick up the pedestal did Ron give us a new wire to change ourselves.When I asked for the refund for the stain that I had purchased and returned, even though Ron admitted he didn't remember the conversation too well, REFUSED to give me a refund because that is their store policy (which apparently was my fault for not remembering even though he didn't tell me this when he happily took the paint back from me). So he gave me a $100 store credit instead...essentially admitting he didn't fulfill his end of the deal.I will never go back to this store because not only is it a 45 minute drive (on a good day), their furniture is clearly not perfect, and they seem to try to help when it is faulty but essentially do nothing. Their furniture is not unique to their store, I saw that exact same buffet and hutch in many different stores, we chose to purchase it at dreamwood because Suzanne was great (but also of no use when we mentioned the damage, implying it was our fault as well). AND after we had purchased the chairs we saw the exact same ones cheaper elsewhere. Save your time and money and go elsewhere because if there's a problem with your furniture it will be your own fault.

After seeing a custom vanity that a family friend purchased from Dreamwood we decided to check it out. We have purchased several items off the floor for our new home (bench, jam cupboard, bookcase and entertainment unit) and were very pleased with the quality and price. Where the store really shines is their ability to do custom work. We purchased a custom bathroom vanity as well as lower cabinets and we love them. During our bathroom remodel, the project manager actually commented that it had been awhile since his team had seen such a high quality vanity (we also ordered Cambria quartz for the vanity top). You must allow lead time for custom pieces but the end result of having a quality piece designed to your home is absolutely worth it. It is worth the trip to Nobleton without a doubt and we love supporting a Canadian owned local business.
