What an awful experience not sure how to put it all into words but I bought some boots with cash as a birthday gift for someone and two months later when they brought them in to exchange them after having received them as a gift but they were one half size too small, the people working there told her I never paid for them and collected the money! What’s this now? You collected money from the recipient of the birthday gift I bought? After much arguing they returned the money and said they believed me when I told them I had paid but then my next time in to pick up some shoes I had left for repair the owner followed me through the mall yelling at me, still saying I hadn’t paid when indeed I had! I was thoroughly disgusted and normally I don’t like to review but this was the worst retail experience I have ever had

I went in to G.A.M. Shoes store today. I was helped out making a purchase and then, while paying for that purchase I was helped by Saeed. He was a very nice man and has a very warm uplifting personality . The whole experience was a great one.Thank you for a great conversation and I will come to GAM shoes in the futureBilly

I went in to buy a pair of comfortable shoes and there was a 50% sticker on the shoe. She ripped it off and said it’s not 50% off any more. The older lady offered to give me the 50% off and the purple haired young lady turned to the other lady and said that I don’t know what I’m talking about. She has zero customer service know how and I would never recommend anyone to go in there. She’s a rude young lady and their original prices on the shoes are way over priced.

This place was super busy when I visited. I wanted some Blundstone boots and popped in by chance, hoping they would have some. Indeed they did, a very good selection. I found what I needed and they offered a free waterproofing service with several future maintenance services, brilliant. I was very impressed by their boot collection, I wish I could have bought the other shoes I was tempted by but alas I have bills to pay. Definitely going back.

Went to pickup my shoes/heels yesterday. The helper of the owner was efficient.Told her I lost my tag, but she remembered my shoes and brought out my shoes/heels.They do charge a fair price for the quality of their work. It's a investment and I believe I choose the right place to invest my shoes/heels for repair.Both the owner and helper have good sense of humor as well!

Very poor service today.Lady obviously didn't want to be there. Awful attitude.I asked about my size in workboots, but after presenting 6 styles /makes, I just got a continual string of 'no'.No help whatsoever and no stock. I thought I was doing the right thing shopping locally. Eventually spent $280 at Mark's Workwear..

I have taken several pairs of leather boots here to be repaired. The owner has the best sense of humour and wonderful personality. He does an exceptional job repaired and conditioning our boots, especially mine that I wear in mud, puddles and everything you shouldn’t have them in. My spouse bought a pair of very expensive cowboy boots from the states and the soul was coming apart. We were nervous because they were basically brand new alligator boots. He explained in detail what he was going to do and not to worry. Well the new soul looked like it was always there and the shine on the boots was better then when he brought them home! I will always take my shoes here!

Not happy. Simple repairs, charged 50$ and not even a clean shoe returned with glue all down the one side of one repair. Then offered a tattered ripped bag? Not so much. Never again. Maybe remember who made your business instead of expecting return customers for no service? All the best

Whoever reviews “affordable repair price” must have never looked around.Tried to sell me boots rather than providing an affordable option to repair them. Ridiculous quote.Should be re-branded as “S.C.A.M Shoes & Repair”
