Great place for shawarma’s but mine was really spicy, I don’t know their medium means full of red chillies,discarded the chicken shawarma wrap.. please tell them how much spiciness you need because medium is way too hot . Chicken platter was good , thank god, I said no spicy at all . Overall, huge sitting arrangement , clean and nice but washrooms are ok .

I ordered 2 Large plates of Chicken on the Roxx medium spicy but when we started to eat it was too much spicy . We couldn’t even eat that and I am totally dissatisfied with service. I’ll never come again at this place .

$16 for an iced tea and barely any chicken.Biting into 2 huge pieces of cartilage isn’t fun…Rice tasted great.Half the chicken was over cooked, and dry.

First time ordering from here - thought I’d treat myself for Mother’s Day. I found a massive clump of hair in my salad. The salad was subpar to begin with. I called and no one picked up.

DO NOT go to this Osmow's, bad customer service, I've gone to this location three times previously because it is close to my work. The workers never make orders on time, you cannot make orders on phone because they always lie about how busy the store is or they just never pick up. I gave them a call while I was on the way to the store previously, I was told that the store was extremely busy and I was put on hold. When I got to the store, I saw 3/4 people working and were just talking to each other (none of them looked busy), the store only had 1 person in line. I ended up making the order in person but I stayed on hold the entire time to see if they would pick up. You guys need to change your staff.

If you order through Uber osmow puts one time to get you to order and then once they take your money double your delivery time. Who wants to wait 1.5hr for food?Worst part is even if you notify via Uber in 3 minutes or less of order acceptance they keep your money. Massive scammers. Don’t order here.

I been a big fan for more than a year, I always order once a week. Very good food, and very postitive staff. I HIGHLY Suggest the shwarma poutine. Its the best.
