Everest has a smaller selection than most other tile stores, but what they do carry is high quality and budget friendly. All the staff there are welcoming and helpful. Just give yourself a week or so lead time, in case they have stock issues. Definitely recommended!

Positives: Great service, friendly and helpful. Showroom had alot of options. Negatives: Ordered two different colour tiles from the same line, size 12x24. Between the two colors, all measurements were off by a little bit, which made installation much more difficult and that there is no for everything to align since i was putting up one colour for the side wall of my shower, and the second color for both the sides of the shower. Would suggest to use one color across and another for floor to avoid what i had experienced.

If I could give it 0 stars I wish I could. The service that I received here was HORRIBLE. I think it was largely due to that fact that I was a person of colour and everyone working there was not. Some lady named Charlie was helping me and she was ATROCIOUS, and very condescending. I told her what type of marble that I was looking for, and she decided to show me a cheaper alternative! Why does she think that I cannot afford the higher end ones !! BEWARE of their lack of customer service your better off at OLYMPIA tiles or ceramic tile world!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Everest Tile for a home renovation project and overall, I'm very happy with their service. Their team was professional, courteous and knowledgeable, and helped us choose the perfect tiles for our project.The only reason why I'm giving them four stars instead of five is because we did have to wait a while for service. It took longer than expected to get a response to our initial inquiry and there wasn’t really an order for service, just whoever was closest to the front desk at the time would receive service. Perhaps more than one sales staff would be better suited. However, once we were able to get in touch with someone, the rest of the process was smooth sailing.

Showroom has a wide variety of tiles and very knowledgeable staff. 90% of the tiles we purchased for our home renovation is from Everest! The tiles are of great quality and the prices are reasonable. They took extra care to carry the tiles to our car which we really appreciated.
