Spirit Halloween
The location this year was disappointing. Felt very narrow and tight.For all the stuff they have to offer and show, a bigger store is needed. We went once and didn't go back. Hopefully next year's location is better

HUGE location with tons of costumes, accessories, and hope decor. Staff was very helpful as well. All their animatronics were up and running. This is the best Spirit Halloween location I’ve been to this year!

Got to the store as soon as they opened. Bought a inflatable and some pathway marker. So out of luck the tree inflated for 30 seconds and the motor died and the marker was inoperable. Got to the store exchange was a breeze the stuff i bought was out of stock but they provide more than adequate replacement.Happy Halloween

Staff was professional, helpful in every way they could. It was a fun experience although you were out of pcs of the minie mouse accessories. I got the costume for my grand daughter but now we have to find her a long sleeve black t-shirt and black leggings with short white gloves. Perhaps yellow socks and pink shoes.

Made a visit to the store today to buy some more animatronics to add to my growing collection. When I asked about what was available I was told what you see on the floor is what you get. When I asked about anything in the back? Was told yes but we have no time to unpack so what’s on the floor is what’s available. Very disappointed as I was about to spend about $1000 on a few new animatronics. In my opinion terrible customer service and another lost sale. Good luck selling products while you keep it in the back!

My family had the best experience here today. My oldest son has trouble with loud noises and scary things. An employee recognized this and helped to distract him while we finished our transaction. I cannot thank you enough. It was hard to get him to go in and this made the experience better and I think he will be more willing in the future.

Normally LOVE this place. This year it was much smaller than normal and the selection wasn't as big. Definitely disappointed this year

I was at the store with my two sons, and I had one costume in the bottom of my stroller. Which I told the man at check out and handed him the bag with the bar code on it. He said that was fine. I was targeted by another sales associate asking this cashier if I had paid for said item, he replied with yes. As I left the store this associate came chasing me out into the parking screaming I stole this costume even though I have the receipt stating I paid for it. Spirit Halloween seems to want to do nothing about the situation, I was publicly embarrassed along with my two children for no reason.
