Dr. Shakti Sharma Dermatology

I go see Dr Sharma twice a year for my moles and some skin issues. Sometimes there is a wait but it is all worth it. People always come back to her bec she is very knowledgeable and a wonderful dermatologist. Dr Sharma knows exactly what needs to be done. She has been a dermatologist for years and I will never doubt her skills, knowledge and experience.I really like her and will keep her as my Dr.

Love Dr. Sharma and the receptionists! It can be tough balancing the demands of a busy clinic, but Dr. Sharma and her team make a concerted effort to ensure the patients are well taken care of and that their medical needs are met. The receptionists are always polite, professional and caring in their approach to patients. I appreciate the work they all do and highly recommend this clinic to anyone with derm inquiries and concerns!

Please do not waste you time!!! Had to wait two months for an appointment after you go there you need to wait another hour at least ( weekend) and then 2 minutes appointment. this clinic care more about patients doing hair removal, cosmetic type of things, anything that generates money. there are not interested in people that will not buy their own products or follow a treatment at the clinic. Dr Sharma is the worst doctor I have ever dealt with. these guys are all about maximizing revenue and they don't care if you want a professional opinion, ITS MONEY MONEY MONEY. I have seen patients frustrated with the long wait even with appointments because Dr Sharma priority was surgeries and other money making items. its a shame !!!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Sharma and her team for almost 20 years.When seeing any doctor, you a) want to ensure you’re getting the best medical care and b) have a pleasant bedside manner. It’s pretty hard to find both in one package.I really can’t overemphasize what a great doctor she is. She’s taken care of numerous procedures for me expertly, but just as importantly, is kind, takes the time to explain, and shows great empathy. I can be a very anxious patient and she is always able to help me relax. She is supported by a great medical and admin team.Highly recommended for all the services she offers at both her Thornhill and Brampton locations.

I am not pleased at all with the treatment my father, 81 years old with skin cancer, received from this doctor over 5+ years. Whenever he has gone, there are many many people waiting in the office. By the time he had his appointment, she rushed in, barely talked, would spray the frozen ice on the cancer and would leave. She would make sure to say to book another appointment. The appointments were so very short , about 2-3 minutes. I requested with the GP that he be referred to another doctor. He was and now the cancer is so bad, he has to have it surgically removed and has been referred to a surgeon. This would have been properly taken care of if Dr. Sharma looked after her patients properly. If his cancer has spread to other organs because of poor treatment from this office, they will be facing a malpractice suit from my entire family. If you want hair removal, go see this doctor. If it's anything important, like cancer, go somewhere else. This doctor is obviously out to make as much money as possible by cramming in multiple appointments and not giving patients the care they so desperately need.

If I could give it less one star I would. I got a referral from my family doctor to this clinic in the fall of last year. They kept rescheduling my appointments several times. Was supposed to go there this morning. But got a call to tell me that it's cancelled yet again. They even had the nerve to ask if I wanted to reschedule.I'm very surprised that they are still in business. What a joke

This is written by my wife Melissa Lipson:It was about a dozen years ago when I became aware of this beautiful human being. My daughter had a mole on her leg and was promptly directed to Dr. Sharma. After examining the mole, the Doctor immediately removed it declaring that it was of a highly suspicious nature. In my heart, I solemnly believe that this small proceedure(if not done) could very well have impacted my daughter's health in a serious manner.Over the years my daughter has had subsequent moles removed. Dr. Sharma is exceptional in picking up on even the smallest of abnormalities. The decision of whether they are serious or not is made immediately due to her high level of experience and professionalism.I started seeing Dr. Sharma myself about ten years ago in conjunction with face peels, botox injections and fillers. The results have been miraculous. Dr. Sharma uses only the best and safest products. This I can say since I am well aware of some of the inferior brands being utilized in the market place.Dr. Sharma is an extraordinary human being with unparalleled professionalism. Of course, it is no surprise that she surrounds herself with an outstanding staff. If I could give her a 10 out of 5, I would. My daughter, myself, my husband (who is seeing her as well) wish her continued good health, happiness and joy in the superb work that she does..

I would like to thank Dr. Shakti Sharma and nurses Katha and Daniela for the excellent efficient treatment they provided me in 2022/23 years. The atmosphere in the office is friendly, the attitude towards patients is very polite and caring. Great job, thanks a lot!

hi, It seems normal these days bad receptionist" lied to me about my appointment. which is about doctor is calling me on the scheduled day. But the doctor never called me. Instead

Total waste of time, my doctor sent over my original referral back in February 2022, they canceled on me 3 times pushing it back to now mid October 2022. Same excuse that the doctor has a family emergency an offer to re book me for 3 more months down the road. At this point I'm done wasting time but I need a new referral cause my old one expired. These people r either racist or something cause there's no reasonable reason for this long of a wait.
