The food is very rich and very tasty. Do not go here if you are dieting. My brother had the pancakes and he said it was the best pancakes he ever had. They had so many choices! They actually had a gluten free crepe for me as I'm gluten free. See photo. I got the crepe filled with fruit and cream. It was good but I would get something else next time. I was watching my weight that day.

The food was fresh and delicious. Good portions. The service from our servers was very good; attentive, friendly, and timely. It was the hostess that made a little boo boo. There was a huge line up ad we were second behind a large group. After she addressed the large group she immediately turned to her left to a couple behind us instead of us who were immediately behind the group she just addressed. Why? Makes no sense. We were clearly not with the group in front of us. She seemed apologetic when she seated us.Atmosphere was lively as it was a full house. Simple breakfast place decor. There was food and other debris under our table. They were super busy, so I'll them a pass.All in all a great place. We will be returning and also have recommended to friends family.

I like this location much better than the one in Saint-Laurent. Nicer service, shorter waiting time (actually less than 10-min wait on peak hour on a Sunday!). Love their waffles.

Sorry I didnt want to leave a negative review but I want to leave my honest opinion. While others have left good reviews I wished I did the same. We went here today on Sunday around 11am, while it was busy, we didnt wait long. It was my boyfriends birthday weekend and he loves going to breakfast places but this location wasnt our first choice as the one we went to had long lines so we decided to give this a try. I was looking at reviews online and told my boyfriend that Petinos had a lot of good reviews and rated 4+ stars and he said it was surprising because his friends would come here and find hair on their food.5 min into receiving our food and eating he finds a small hair in his potatoes, I wanted to tell the waitress and take a picture but he didnt want to bother anyone with it and it was his birthday and he didnt want the piece of hair to ruin his birthday weekend.The potatoes were okay and I didnt know it had onions ( which was fine i just had to nitpick it which was on me, i just dont like onions but I also had to keep looking at my food to make sure there wasnt any hair..)The bacon was ok...it just seemed so hard like beef jerky and bland. We had a side of hollandaise sauce which came in a small pot and it was watery...The blueberry pancake my boyfriend had was dry and bland, we couldnt finish our food so we asked for a takeout box, after paying for our food we left, after getting into our car, not even a minute into leaving, i had forgotten my takeout box and went back into the resto and asked for it , and they had already thrown it out.Disappointed but I dont even think we wouldve touched the takeout because the food was bland and wouldve just fed it to our dog.The coffee was really not the greatest either ( reviews also mentioned about it)We wouldnt come back here again but glad we tried it!Our bill came up to 40$ which I think wasnt worth it.

The food and service were fantastic at this DDO location. Beautifully presented and amazing taste. We had the chicken and waffles and the pulled smoked meat eggs Benny. The Lyonnaise style potatoes were executed very well. I’m getting hungry again just writing this review! The smoked meat on the eggs Benny was well done since it’s pulled smoked meat they’re able to “form” it into the English muffin slice and it’s way easier to eat that way as opposed to sliced smoked meat in a typical eggs Benny. The fried chicken was crispy and the chicken was juicy and tender on the inside. It had typical Cajun style spice but it wasn’t overwhelming either. The removed a star because the coffee wasn’t to our taste. Maybe it’s a person thing but the three of us didn’t get through one cup. Tasted watery. Our server was so kind and fast! And two servers actually served us so it was nice to see how they really work as a team!

Had an Smoke Meat Egg Benedict and it was delicious! Their home fries are amazing, but I can never finish them as the portion it to big (For me at least). We had to what a while to be seated, but that's to be expected for a popular place like Petinos. As usual the service was great and we will definitely be back. It's always a treat eating there!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Petinos for brunch, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The food was absolutely delicious - from the perfectly cooked eggs to the fluffy pancakes, everything was top-notch. The service was exceptional as well, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The ambiance was lovely, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made for a relaxing and enjoyable meal. Overall, I would highly recommend Petunia to anyone looking for a fantastic brunch experience. Five stars!

The food is good reall flavourful and you get really big portions you get the most bang for you buck guaranteed. The service was good and servers were real nice as well. A staple not to be missed!

Do not recommend for large groups. Our waiter George was not friendly, rushed to take our orders, rushed to pick up our food (when I was not even done) and pretty much kicked us out because they had “too many people waiting”. Extremely disappointing considering I come here pretty often and have never experienced this. Waitress Maria is super sweet, patient and quick. Avoid George and avoid large groups :)
