We used to go for years to Santa and Me store and pick out our ornaments always enjoyed the service and quality and friendliness of the staff. We first found Santa and me in Calgary at cross iron mills mall. We have gotten an ornament for our tree since 2015. We always make sure we order one (since we longer live near an actual store) early so we can make it part of our tree decorating and holiday.They go the extra mile to make sure your ornament looks just how you want it, I even had them call me personally to make sure on details I had written in the notes" section.Definitely recommend Santa and me

This was my second year ordering an ornament online from Santa and Me (I was very pleased last year). Initially I was disappointed this year as there was an error with the name placement on the ornament I ordered. However, I easily placed a low priority inquiry with the help centre online and uploaded a picture of what I received and was pleased to hear back in a few hours that I’d be sent a new ornament at no extra cost. The new ornament arrived within a couple days and is exactly what I wanted. I’m very pleased and will definitely be ordering again next year.

I ordered three Christmas ornaments this year from Santa and Me. I found their website very easy to use. The search feature for different kinds of ornaments was extremely useful. They all arrived quickly, exactly as pictured on their website, and with the requested personalization all correct. I was very impressed with the packaging they arrived in! Each was in an adorable miniature Santa bag and wrapped in a bunch of tissue paper to keep them safe. Three red gift bags and stickers were also included at no extra fee. The only recommendation I might make is that the personalization (names) could be a bit bigger in some areas that have more space to fill... But that's really nit-picking an awesome product! Thankful that they sold and shipped from Canada as well. Overall, I highly recommend Santa and Me" if you're looking for customized Christmas ornaments. I plan on ordering from them again next year

Was looking for personalized ornaments. Quick Google search brought me to this Canadian Gem. Ordered 3 personalized ornaments, they were processed and delivered very quickly. They came perfectly packaged to insure they remained intact. Along with 3 gift bags with tags and some stickers. Will definitely order from here again!
