Great customer service the food is good I ordered wings...good but the fries too salty. The place is loud and lively they have pool tables and screens are everywhere so no one can miss any game. It's very cheap and is good gor a quick gathering with friends very casual and different age group. I would recommend if you don't have nuch money and want to hang out with friends.

Staff was very friendly to us during out U of R pool night. The waitress worked hard and was very good about checking in on everyone and if they had enough water/needed anything else. The bartender was lively and very outgoing. Everyone had a really great time. Food was great!

This is one of the few places that doesn’t rely on VLT’s to survive. I enjoy the family atmosphere during the day and the party atmosphere at night. Service with a smile and food is as consistent as it gets. Big enough to have a pile of family and friends together for some great times as well. Highly recommended.

I was in the place w/ a friend. Loved the draft beer & wings. BUT HATED THE WAITRESS. It was my first time, & I wanted to enjoy the night. She ruined the experience by checking on us every 5 minutes, then rushing us to leave the place by collecting our dishes even if we were not done eating, then bringing the check to us even if we didn't ask for it. Not sure if this is a protocol, but NOT COOL

Cameron and the servers are always so nice! I appreciate the fact that when I go in, they have rules to make sure everyone is safe and taken care of. Whether it is COVID or 5 people to a pool table to make sure everyone has room to play. Thank you for always making my experience fantastic!!

The food was amazing. Lauren, our waitress was sweet and friendly, and our food was iut quickly, fast and hot. Will definitely be back for the wings

Well my bud led me to another great place. This pool hall has food, drinks, video games and lots of pool tables spread out over a vast floor. Was especially nice having a table by the big windows. Good hourly rate too and lots of parking as well. I lost 4-2 but wasn’t playing by “crown rules”. Inside joke, but come play here and you’ll still feel like royalty.

This place is one of our favorite for a long time, always had a good time, enjoyed their food but today, lady who helped our table went above and beyond! Absolutely amazing service. It was one of those days, but she was able to put a smile on my face again. I'm sorry I don't know her name, might be a manager, but she's been there for a long time, every Sun-Mon when we go for wings. Kudos to this wonderful lady.

Had four star once, but a recent visit was next to very poor. Service from waitress was next to non and a bunch of walkbys with a no thank you look from her. Won't visit this place again at all. Management needs to address this issue and change the whole customer service. Staff need to be trained for kindness and cleaner dishes. Bar staff isn't any different either, not a nice staff for both times I have went.**Lost a customer**
